The staff was nice, but that was about it. First day we checked in got woken up at 3am by people screaming and arguing. They were slamming doors and running up and down the hallway and smoking Marijuana in the hallway. This lasted about 3 hours. Also the a/c made an intermittent clacking noise all night and did nit cool the room like it should have. I thought surely someone will come up and tell them to cut it out but no one did. We were so tired we tuffed it out until the morning as we had a long day traveling. In the morning I went down to the front desk and explained the situation to the gentleman and all he said was are you serious and apologized. He did not say they would look into the situation or anything like that. I asked if we can please move rooms he moved us to the 6th floor from the 2nd floor. We get into that room after moving all of our stuff only to find out the fridge is not working. I go back downstairs to the front desk and let them know. He says their maintenance guy had already came for the week and he will have to move us rooms again. So we move all of our stuff again. Get to the 3rd room then had to deal with Marijuana smell coming into our room for the next 2 days. So much for having a non smoking room. I stayed at this property a couple of years ago with no issues. It is sad to see how downhill it has gone. Will definitely NEVER stay there again.
