i like the small kitchen but on web page it does not tell you to bring dishes and even thouht the staff is low their should be a way to leave your room key if checking out before 11am where nobody can see or get lost and not get your deposit back if the key falls on floor.

You get a smoky smelling room for what you paid for. Dogs everywhere. No toiletries.
Very good customer service experience with the best customer service available after an check in after 8PM. Attendant was there within a matter of minutes. Great of minutes
The rooms aren't suits. They call it suite because it has a full size refrigerator and a table top burner and thats it. My first room wasnt clean at all. The entire floor had trash all on it. Around the toilet floor there was pee splattered around it 😱 😡 my kitchen sink was filthy. And my blind was lifted half way when we got in there and we couldn't get it to go down! They switched my room in which it was a little bit cleaner but the shower knob wouldnt go up for me to take a shower. They switched us rooms again...it was a lot better. It smelled good and was very clean. So, clean i went outside my door to thank the housekeeper cause she did a good job and toke her time cleaning it properly! 🤗 It wasnt a happy stay for me. They just basic rooms!
There are a lot of places close by but the area isn't very walking friendly. No sidewalks, no crosswalks. The breakfast restaurant (Scrambler Maries) next door is a good place to eat and reasonable prices. A extended stay motel should have a comfortable chair for watching TV, they don't. It was a non smoking room but the room reeked of it. The TV had no local or national guides that matched up with the channel line up and if I'm going to be in a extended stay motel I want to be able to look at a guide and know what's on. The manager was very nice and took considerations of my complaints and intended to pass along to corporate. They have good weekly rates that you won't see online but not sure the daily rate would be worth it.
We needed a no-frills hotel close to the Interstate. This worked well.
Staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The hotel just....sucks though. I mean the entire place smelled like someone was cooking fried fish with some kind of curry. Had a non smoking room that smelled like the previous person in the room smoked 3 pack a day in that room. Bed was tiny. Had one leg off the entire night just so my better half could have a decent nights rest. There were hairs in the bed and towels.....you get what you pay for I guess. That's what I get for trying to save 10 bucks and go with a lesser known chain hotel.
Checked in first thing I did was check to see if we had clean sheets but here was hair and lint on it went to complain and waited 14 minutes at front desk for help and then the guy acted like it wasn't a big deal and just handed me new sheets so we could put clean sheets on the bed ourselves. Bad was very unstable and moved every time you got up or sat down on it.
