The staffs were nice. It said smoke free hotel but oh boy it was unbearable for us with the smell of weeds getiing in our room and people gathered at the entrance to smoke weeds. Pets are allowed here at this hotel. The pull-out sofa's mattress was unacceptable dirty, the carpet was dirty too. We didn't have a good stay there at all.
The staff was amazing. I cannot get over how kind and friendly everyone was. I had wifi work issues the front desk helped me and my IT team to get me back up and running. The facility staff was also super friendly and helpful when I needed things for my room as well.
*The service and accommodations are impeccable. *I was treated incredibly well. *The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. *I can tell the staff is led by good management who lead with a great sense of reasonability.
The Sonesta is a nice and clean older building. The room was laid out in a nice way and the kitchen was well supplied. The fireplace didn't have any wood for fires. It was a nice overall stay.

We had an issue with some of the housekeeping staff there was a lady that was affraid of our survice dog because she is a rather large dog and she made some upsetting comments ti my children and then after that issue was resulved then other housekeeping staff were making upsetting comments but only to my children none of them said anything to me or my husband the rest of the staff was great & we did enjoy our stay but staff should never address my children unless they are going to be addressing me or my husband
It was really nice having a separate bedroom area with a closing door. More hotels need to have this as we don't always all need to go to bed at the same time. The full kitchen was great too.
Property was conveniently located between Downtown Cincinnati & Kings Island with quick access to the expressways. Staff was very attentive and amenities were great. Room was spacious and comfortable!
The room was clean and quiet and the staff was absolutely wonderful. We stayed here as a last minute crash spot during a road trip and we will definitely be making Sonestas a top priority in the future.
Wonderful staff, but it’s a cheaply built hotel with lots of little maintenance issues. Breakfast was pretty bad, with cardboard eggs, cold potatoes, rotten bananas. Not impressed except the helpful and friendly staff from front desk to room staff.
The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice. We would definitely stay here again when we're back in the area.

Large, King suite with fireplace in the entry room. It was clean and comfortable. Only issue with the whole experience was that after cleaning out the fireplace for the summer, the entire room smelled like it had recently been burned down. The charcoal smell was over powering at time. But really, that's my only gripe about the whole thing. The Suite is laid out very well, and the provided dishes were clean and in good shape. Was easy to make something for lunch or dinner.
Room was clean, but they really need renovating / updating, things feel very worn. Worked fine for one night.
It's a nice and clean hotel, bed was comfortable. However our room was very close to and faced the freeway and we could hear the traffic all night. Also our room adjoined to other guest rooms on both sides. While our neighbors were quiet, we COULD hear everything they said or did. Breakfast was good. And the bathroom, closet and vanity area were spacious. Get a suite instead of just a room. You'll have more space and more privacy. It was good for the price.
Overall a very good hotel. Fair pricing, good location and caring staff. Breakfast each morning was good also. The only recommendation I have is, the cleanliness of the breakfast area needs more attention. Clean the salt and pepper shakers once a year at least and organize the food buffet layout better. Hand sanitizers in the eating area would be appreciated.
