Considering that the property is less than 5 years old, it gave me the feeling of a much older property. Basic furnishings , almost a motel standard property. Didn’t expect this with a Hilton property. You get for what you pay for.

We LOVE the bathroom amenities!! That brand of hair and body products is amazing! Our room was clean and we love the tv. Having the option to login to our apps is so great with kids. The only flaw, if I had to be picky, is the construction site right next door. It’s a little bit of an eye sore. But it didn’t affect our stay at all!

Pee and smell free was a problem…

Stayed here before and had a good experience. However, this time we had to deal with issues that will no longer make this hotel an option for the future. When we checked in our room had a musty/mildew smell. Weren’t sure what it was because we had to turn on the heat since AC set to 63 degrees and the room was freezing. So we decided to see how things were we returned that evening as we had to rush out to our next destination. When returned the smell was worse and determined it was coming from the bed. I asked for new bedding. I was asked to bring the old bedding down and they would provide new. In the meantime, we also discovered urine on the toilet. When I went to the front desk I shared the smell seems to be from the mattress and about the toilet. They sent someone to clean the bathroom and I had them inspect the bed as well. They said they would have housekeeping deal with it in the morning. The next morning, my wife went to the front desk to grab some snacks and also provide a time we would be leaving so housekeeping could come. While there she overhears the desk clerk telling someone else about our situation from last night (referencing our room #) and how we were creating problems. We were creating problems!?!? My wife did add for an explanation and was told she was just repeating what she heard. We just wanted a sanitary room with a smell that didn’t make us uncomfortable. We’ll go somewhere else where that isn’t a “problem” in the future.

Very nice. Clean. Check in took way too long. Only one person ant desk and 20 people in line. And the room needs a floor rug of some type. It’s just manufactured hardwood and it is not cozy at all.

Not as it seems

As soon as I walked into the “hotel“ the whole lobby smelled like weed. I was hoping that maybe that just came in from outside so when I went upstairs to my room, the hallway is also smelled like weed. When I went into the room, it looked like it was a revamped old cheap motel. It had an old wall air conditioner in it, and the pictures of this hotel are very deceiving especially being a Hilton hotel supposedly. The area of the hotel is in also seems a little questionable.
