Didn't even stay there and they still charged my cc

The hotel room had a weird smell. The hotel can be a nice hotel, bit it seems that it's struggling. Breakfast was not filling, and there were some quality issues with it.

Wasn’t bad for the pricing and wasn’t in city. Place is outdated, the bathtub facet in our room had a steady stream of water coming out even though it was fully off, breakfast was crappy as it was just packaged hunny buns, packaged muffins, and extremely stale cereal. There was nothing fresh or hot at this place. Hotel needs a make over with everything updated inside it. Also needs more luggage carts as this hotel only had one for the whole place which was very inconvenient if you was in 2nd or 3rd floor. Price should drop for per night night stay due to the conditions of the hotel and how it’s being ran.

Near the convention center. Not unique but serviceable.

Gas station and restaurants and highways are all close.

The rooms were clean, but the third floor had a terrible odor overall and the carpet was littered with ground up food like the halls hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The smell was nauseating.

It was the perfect place to stay while visiting the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. It was tucked away at the end of the street. We loved having the indoor pool option. Breakfast waffles were our favorite we appreciated having an oven in our suit when we wanted to bake a pizza.

I love that this hotel chain has full refrigerators along with microwaves and even stove tops/ovens. I can bring my own foods with me.

wonderful stay in a two bedroom suite. convenient access to Interstate I75 exit 15. 30 min to downtown.

convenient to restaurants and stores. Rooms are spacious. breakfast bar was good

My only complaint is the mattress was very uncomfortable. Felt like I was laying on a board. Needless to say I didn't sleep very well. Other than that it would've been one of the better hotels I've stayed in.

Arrived late, still treated promptly. Room was very nice...full kitchen ...didn't need but nice to know.

Everything was Good, nothing was Great. I'd stay here again but I'm not raving about the experience. The condition was nice, the room was nice, and the staff were nice.

Stayed at Hawthron Suites for one night as my family was traveling through Cincinnati. Picked this specific hotel because of the large room size to accomadate our family of 5. We checked in late around 1am and the front desk staff was wounderful. Room looked very clean upon arrival. Once we started to pull back bed sheets we discovered dirt and hair all in the bed and on the pillows. The towels and wash cloths all had stains and hair on them as well. We were all so tired at this point is was hard to care. With the large selection of hotels in the area, and the price we paid for the room for one night; I would have expected cleaner standards.

Room smelled bad. Pool water wasn’t warm, staff had door open to the outside while my kids were swimming, it was freezing outside. They seemed to be a little under staffed. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.
