The AC would not get cold. The bathroom sink hot & cold handles weren’t aligned properly, and the faucet leaked

The ladies at the front desk were nice, and vey friendly. Igor there a little bit early but they were still able to get me checked in. I’d definitely would go back

When I was a kid, I was obsessed with this hotel. The round building was so cool and when I was 15, I asked to stay there for a night as my birthday present. It was so classy and special. Fast forward twenty years and I was visiting the area with my kids and booked a room there for a night. It was *way* more expensive than I wanted to pay but in line with what I expected from a fancy Radisson. Except when we got there, the shine was off that penny. The outside was a little run down, but it's an older building. The lobby was ok,but again, older building. The elevators were tiiiiny but they're original and lovely so I didn't mind. What I did mind was stepping out onto the floor and immediately knowing it used to be a smoking floor. In my room, I minded the dirty mirror, the low ceiling, the signs of water damage, the railings to assist people in the bathroom not raising correctly to allow them to be out of the way. The top cover of the bed had a coffee stain on it. The microwave buttons were so worn that you couldn't read them. To top it off, our view was of the interstate, which doesn't reflect on the quality of the room, it just added insult to injury. Also, there's no breakfast. You can pay to have a buffet breakfast downstairs but no complimentary muffins. Listen. I know I had built this place up in my memory and if it had just been a decent room, I would have happily continued to think of it as a nice property. But it was so bad and so overpriced.

Nice view of city

We loved everything from the staff to the guest. Very clean rooms, well kept. Quiet and relaxing. Had a good time. We will be back even just to eat in restraunt down stairs. Only negitive thing we experienced was a worker in restraunt from top level judging us telling us we wouldnt want to come eat at his restraunt cause we probably cant afford it. All we did was ask the prices. And his negativity and judgment made us not even wana go up there, but we loved the Fith the server was amazing and food was on point. Over all i say 9/10

I was very disappointed in my stay. The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud and the traffic from outside could be heard With no pool available and the noise level we checked out early. I I will not be back nor recommended this hotel.

The view from my room was excellent. Room was average but overall a great experience.

I've been staying at the Radisson Cincinnati Riverfront for decades, ever since I was a kid and got into trouble playing in the elevators (I'm in my 50's now). Back then it was part of another chain and seemed futuristic. Our king room was reasonably clean with everything functional. I noticed the "grill" structure over the bathroom fan was broken, but the fan worked. The bed was very comfy. Even with a city view room, there is considerable traffic noise from the Brent Spence Bridge which carries I-71's traffic over the Ohio River. Eighteen at the Radisson, the revolving restaurant on the 18th floor is an ideal place to dine - be sure to make reservations. The Fifth Lounge on the ground floor was open for breakfast but the service was very slow. Matters were not helped when we saw what appeared to be a Palmetto bug drop from a ceiling tile to the floor. If you have time in Covington, check out the area between W 6th & W 9th streets, especially along Main and Bakewell, filled with bars, restaurants, and lovely shops.

The rooms were lack luster. They only gave us 2 towels and the pillows were small and no extras in the closet. The plugs by one side of the bed didn't work. We were excited about the balcony but you couldn't even sit out there with a chair, standing room only. We tried to make a reservation for the Eighteen restaurant, but couldn't get in all weekend because they were booked out. Our expectations were not met for the price we paid.

Too many deposits. But overall it was a nice room i will be back

The room was filthy it smelt Like urine it was not cleaned I want my money back and I wouldn’t dare ever come back ....TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

There was trash left in our room. There was no toilet paper. If we called a couple times before they brought son. There was one washcloth for two of us for three days. We called three times and they never brought them. We had to go stand at the lobby desk until they brought us some washcloths. There was no coffee for the coffee maker. They never cleaned our room one time while we were there.

Convenient location, and rooms were clean though they need renovations as the building is definitely showing its age.

Property is at least 40-50 years old. The staff does a nice job of keeping it up. But you can tell that it's kind of dated. Views are nice. A bit noisy on the west side due to traffic on I71/I75.
