The hotel was nice although there were a few issues such as the smell in the lobby/1sr floor, the wifi was very spotty, and our room faced the interstate so the traffic was very noticeable.

I really wish i could leave a better review but i have to say for the ampunt of money i paid i was seriously disappointed. First, the door to our balcony was broken could easily be repaired. Second, the corner of the bed was broken down and was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Third, the carpet was extremely stained and smeeled like pet urine. Fourth, there was a roach in the bathtub. Fifth, the drain in the tub was very slow to drain. I showered with 4 inches at least of water in the bottom of the tub. Wasnt pleasant at all. This was our first visit to the Radisson hotel and more than likely will be our last. If you would like any further information dont hesitate to give me a call. I was in room 1428 on july 25th. Thanks

Needs improvement.
Check in lady was kinda rude. The one matress in our room had a very large indent on the one side making it impossible to sleep there. None of the plugs worked so we weren't able to charge our phones. You had to take plastic front peice of the ice machine off just to be able to get to the button for ice. There was also a gross stain on the end of one of the beds.

good place to stay for decent price
Front desk staff checking in and checking out was great, gave us great instructions and more shampoo/conditioner. stayed here for a two day trip for a concert. room wasn’t perfectly clean but it was clean enough and staff stopped by the next morning to collect all garage, refill water bottles and give all fresh towels every morning. room service was great , good food at hotel restaurants and clean pool to use.

Our day was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful. Because of the trolley that’s available staying in. Coventry is very convenient to Cincinnati as well. The Radisson gave us easy accessibility to nightlife on sixth Street all worked very well.

Simply, dont text me after I arive for two nights that youy will not be servicing my room. I sent you a text that I expected it cleaned, no response. Later I was texted how my stay was going, I advised not good as my room was not serviced. Was advised that I would get a call from the front desk... no call... no room cleaning... The property is run down. The views are increadible. I just think this place needs a major overhaul or its seen its last few years.
