Location was good.

Orbitz indicates that guest rooms are empty for 48 hours in between stays for Covid safety, but this is definitely not what is happening. The staff is fully booking the hotel consistently without any gaps between stays. Also, while there are many signs up indicating that everyone must wear masks in public spaces, few people are. Staff members either don’t wear them well or don’t wear them at all. The Orbitz listing made me think this place took things seriously, but it is exactly the opposite, completely inconsiderate of Covid. We would have left if we hadn’t already prepaid on Orbitz.

The hotel was in a great location to the Aquarium. The hotel’s upkeep needed some upkeep. Our room was not very clean. The bathroom floor was sticky. We had to wear shoes while in the bathroom. They headboard had weird stains, a layer of dust on the lampshades, and the bed shirt was ripped and hanging off one side. We were only there less than 24 hrs, so we didn’t report the bathroom.

the front river view is spectacular if you can ask for riverfront view hotel room. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner and we only had 1 bath towel for 2 people, however additional bath towel was given upon request.

It was a nice hotel. Bed was comfortable. It is in a nice location, not too busy and easy to get places.

Great location along the Ohio River (in KY), plenty of places to walk to for dinner. Chose this hotel because of the morning breakfast, which I found out was not being served after we arrived. $124 a night, with no breakfast was definitely not worth it. Check out Hofbrauhaus while in the neighborhood!

Room wasn’t ready when promised and no soap or shampoo in room

The hotel was up to date, clean and nice. It was located in a busy area, we came to check in at 4pm and we were told our room wasn't ready yet. We said okay no problem we will go to dinner and come back. We came back around 530pm and were informed our room still wasn't ready. The receptionist was kind and professional and she was upset over it too, so we drove around for about another hour. We came back to the hotel and finally our room was ready.we got to our room and it was nice and spacious, only issue was the floors weren't clean. We needed more towels so i went down to the desk and lauren the girl who check us in quickly took care of us. She was in good spirits and you can tell she loved her job. We decided to stay another night and the next night we were woke by the fire alarms going off at 3 in the morning.

I liked that the bedding was white, and there was a choice of breakfast foods. Unfortunately, either the sheets weren't changed or a long haired dog got on the bed after it was made .i layed on the bed fully clothes (in black)and my clothes were covered in white hairs. Unacceptable .

The River View was beautiful but the room was not. The furniture was old and worn, the bathroom vent fan did not work, there was mold around the fan on the ceiling, the sink had no stopper, the shower bar was pulling away from the wall. The Carpet needed cleaned, it had something sticky on it. The beds were hard. Overall, the location was great but the rooms need an overhaul.

SOME Rude staff at the desk. Not everyone.. but it only took one person to make me decide NOT to return to this hotel. When my card stopped working, instead of being nice and welcoming, her only response was "who are are you?" I shared my room number.. again "Who are you?" this pissed me off. it all went downhill from there. This is not a 5 star hotel. The staff should at least respect me enough to treat me like a person and not a criminal. If you're not traveling with a pet, go somewhere else.

The beds where to small for 2 people. They rested good but to small.

Missing lightbulbs in room, But nice service, breakfast was really good!

Loved the view of downtown and the river. Restaurants within walking distance. Large clean room. Tub was gross. Looked like someone had scraped the paint off the whole inside. Fire alarm went off in night and everyone had to evacuate. False alarm.

Location is great. Cleanliness is horrid... mildew/mood in shower. Drainage in bathtub not working at all, sour smell in bathroom- unclean shower curtain!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We apologize about breakfast. Unfortunately the Governor of Kentucky had not released the hold on restaurants serving food during your stay so like all other hotels, we were not able to provide breakfast.
