It is a pet friendly hotel and you notice it as soon as you walk in the strong smell of I guess pesticide or flea repellent and caked dog hair everywhere dogs barking all night long the furniture in the room dirty chewed up floors scratched up and everything was broken all the ice machines vending machines and the pool was broken! The odor of the flea repellent or whatever they used was so strong in the room we had to leave the door open. The elevator floor Matt’s caked in dog and cat hair, there was hairs in our “clean” towels and in the sheets. The breakfast was good but they don’t refill it so you have to get to it quick then they left the mess in the dining room area and didn’t touch it until around 2 pm had boiled eggs left out from breakfast until then.. spilled coffee food everywhere while the one staff was sitting in the breakfast area on his phone instead of cleaning and it was like that both mornings and they had boiled eggs the next day we didn’t touch them in case they were the ones left out all day the day before and reused. I usually love Courtyard hotels but I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Room was super clean. Nice location right off the highway with multiple restaurants real close. Simple but nice breakfast. It was kept well stocked and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we travel South. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night and we were very happy with our choice to stay here. Room & the entire business was very clean. Parking lot well lit & clean, lots of areas to park. Breakfast was good, had fresh items to choose from and well stocked. Besides the typical waffle maker, there was hot biscuits, patty sausage, hard boiled eggs, pastry's, muffins, bread, cereal, juice, coffee & tea. I think there was fruit too. Something for everyone, much better selections than other places we have stayed. Had a very hard time hearing & communicating with the clerk due to the plastic shield at the desk. Could barely hear her but we managed. Check in/check out easy. Room supplied with nice towels, enough for 2 of us. Very happy with everything and will stop here again if in the area.

The only thing I did NOT like about check in is I could NOT hear the clerk behind the counter with the germ barrier wall in place. Check in was fine, friendly clerk. Property inside & outside was clean. Room was very nice. Spacious, clean, nice bath towels. Breakfast was ok. Had the typical waffles. Biscuits and sausage but no gravy, eggs or potatoes. Nice variety of muffins, danish, bread for toast. Area clean. Water for tea wasn't hot but microwave available to heat up. Parking was plentiful and the lot was clean. Would definitely stay here again.
