My TV did not work, big hole in the carpet in my room, no closet to hang my clothes, A/C was not cooling the room properly made noise, pillows were flat, Leakey shower head, broken handles on the dresser and very old. The paneling in the ceiling was coming down. The fob key to room did not work one night. Seriously, the place should be shut down. Nobody has maintained that property or kept it up in over 20 years. It should be shut down. Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Shame on the owner of the property. Honestly, I deserve a full refund for a 4 night stay. Absolutely terrible.

The rooms are fun. However when we booked we weren’t told what themed room we would get. I was under the impression it was the race track but it was not. The room smelled like weed and was really dark. Other than that the room was nice. Had our own jacuzzi tub, bar area and even a booth to sit at. The bathroom was really nice as well. However the breakfast was very unappealing and was not good.

the whole place is honestly really great. the front desk people were really nice and helpful. the pool area is so nice, clean, and relaxing. the rooms/ hotel are really quiet. we had neighbors and only knew because we saw them. we never heard anything really except for the occasional car and airplane but that’s to be expected this close to the airport and with outdoor corridor rooms. the room was also super accessible. it’s really just run down here, but nothing is dirty, or gross; just old, dated, and a little busted up but that really just makes it a more endearing place if i’m being honest. we ended up staying an extra night because of the hours of a museum we wanted to see, and the front staff were super accommodating and helped us get a decent rate. i was hesitant to book at first because of some of the bad reviews, but i genuinely don’t understand why anyone who is practical about what they’re booking would leave a bad review. i’m really glad we chose to stay here and if we come back to the area i wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

It was old and run down 1980s look in hotel ended up staying in the smoking room burn holes and every one of the covers stains on the floor it used to be nice years ago but the new ownership just isn't that friendly in the day the beds were uncomfortable

Always like staying in a kitschy place. This would probably have been fabulous in its heyday. It wasn’t bad for the price we paid and I may have rated it a little higher but it needs a little TLC. A little investment would go a long way. Breakfast was decent so we were happy. The pool and hot tub were working and that was great. We did have a bit of late night noise (2 am ) almost called but desk but didn’t. I would like to have seen the theme rooms as we opted for the pool side rooms. Bottom line not a bad stay for the cash

Great until the two neighbors on each side of me had kids running, screaming, slamming doors and crying in each side of me. The fridge doesn’t work and the air doesn’t work. Other than that service was great

Awesome Place to have an Anniversary/Staycation! Will be returning very soon to stay in the themed rooms...😊🙂🙂🙂 Would have given 5 stars but we couldn't get in the pool because kids and adults area needs to be sperate!

The mattresses are worn out. Housekeeping did not clean room the entire 3 days we were there. I even told one of the staff that we would be out of the room so they could clean but it still didn't get done. Had to go get our own bath towels. I will never stay at your facility again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

The sinks and bathtubs was rusted, the phones didn't work. The intros was marked up like they had been burned. There was dirt everywhere, and only 2 towels and 2 washcloths per room. Staff was rude and charged extra $25 per room for phones not working. Who knew you had to pay for working phones.

You get what you pay for.
We got what we paid for. Did not use the pool or hot tub because it was too busy for our liking. The pool closed at 11:00 and we had a poolside room and everything was quiet at 11:00. No nighttime disturbances. Room was carpeted and in need of updating but seemed relatively clean in spite of old tile in bathroom. Staff was friendly.

New owner better after remodeling
We were told they have new owners and they are working on remodeling. Would suggest waiting to visit till done with remodeling. The place is old and dirty. First 2 rooms were not cleaned. Second 2 rooms were somewhat better but mattress are old and very used. The pool area could be very nice when finished remodeling everything is very outdated And needs cleaned. Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate what they could the pictures online do not look like what it is. I loved the spa tub it was great. The pool was great but my 8 yr old daughter cut the bottom of her toe pretty good where the bottom of the pool is chipping. Some of the arcade games are great but some didn't work. Love going here though it's a great little get away for the family. Could use an update though

I took my grandson on a vacation for spring break. we went to see the ark and creation museum. in KY we stayed there at the wildwood cause the pics looked good and it was at the halfway between the two but i was very disappointed, but my grandson enjoyed the pool even if that area. Needed a big fix up
