This hotel had cockroaches everywhere. The air unit was filthy and had roaches coming in and out. The shower had mold and was detached from the wall with fifth and crud in the tub this place is an absolute health hazard do not stay here.

the pictures online were beautiful, and the outside pics looked really nice. I stopped by, and parked outside before booking, since it was pretty decent looking i did confirm the booking. However, I was in for a surprise!!! oh boy. the carpet in the corridor is filthy, the inside carpet was also pretty dirty. Room was probably not cleaned at all, bathroom sink was for sure not cleaned, and garbage can still had the previous guest's Room smelled musty and even though they have a non smoking policy, it definitely smelled like cigarette smoke in there. Stay away! It is sooo dirty that no amount of money would feel like you get what you paid for, any amount would seem too much for what you get.

Clean, respectful, and worth your money

Staff will go above and beyond. The rooms don’t smell. However, the hallway does have an odor. They don’t nickel and dime you here and I did NOT wake up with any random bug bite spiders or otherwise.

More than what you pay for…. You get a lot more than what you expect for the price. Great service clean room also did I say EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Listen your not staying at the Ritz-Carlton, but for the service, price and a proper clean room I’m a happy camper!

The room we were given was infested with bugs. The hotel staff told us we’d get a refund because they had no other rooms available, and we had to get a different hotel. They told me I needed to go through Expedia for the refund, however, Expedia has told me that they cannot get ahold of the hotel and can’t provide a refund. Avoid at any cost!

Made sure this property was handicapped capable! Called property day off AND DAY BEFORE STAY AND WAS TOLD YES BUT WITH 2 different types of showers. Then got to property and could barely get in the door with wheelchair! No rooms that were bigger, refused to help go to different hotel and this was the worst experience I have ever had with hospitality!!

The property wasnt bad from the outside. Except all the house cleaners and people that seemed to be living there asking me for a cigarette. The stairs were sticky that lead up to the rooms. The carpet in the hall was heavily stained and the place smelled like Marijuana being smoked inside. Got to the room and the room wasnt bad except the musty smell. Usually the air being turned on helps that. Nope not this one. It still stunk. One of the bed comforters had a big brown stain on it. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but only stayed 2 cause i couldnt handle the smell anymore. My clothes smelled like that. Not real happy.

This is one of the dirtiest places. Furniture in rooms broken, carpets don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in decades. The smell!! Oh lord the smell is still stuck in my nose. Is this a halfway house for parolees? Every person coming and going looked sketchy and had an ankle monitor on. Just the most disturbing place I’ve ever had the misfortune of entering. Did not feel safe or clean there at all.

Our stay at this property was very unpleasant. As soon and we walked into our room it smelled of smoke and musty basement. There was mold in the bathroom. In between the window and the ac unit and very clearly inside one of the frames art pieces on the wall. The bathtub also backed up when we showed. Rust stains on the towels. We were basically just showering and sleeping so we stuck it out instead of trying to find different lodging after traveling all day. The hotel registration desk staff were both friendly.
