We stayed at the room for 3 night and the overall experience was dismal. We had the change rooms three times. Our first room had a non working toilet and at 10 pm that is very inconvenient. Justin, the front desk attendant, was very attentive to our needs and attempted to fix it, but ultimately had to offer us another room. The second room was near the highway and my boyfriend did not get any sleep due to the loud noise. I decided to sleep with earplugs in my ears and that sufficed for the night. We asked to be moved to a third room and the floors were so uneven to the point that the glass shower doors kept opening while we showered and water collected at one end of the shower floor. The beds were so hard also, I felt a lot of pain every night I woke up. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that they do not provide trash bad liners for the trash cans which is very unsanitary. We used grocery store bags to collect our trash. This hotel felt like a remodeled Motel 6. Not a good experience.
