Staff was amazing! So helpful and friendly! Free light breakfast every morning with fresh coffee. Each room was like a little apartment- kitchen, living area, bed, bathroom. My kids loved the pool. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. There is a picnic area with a roof, tables, grill for guest to use. There is a lounge area in the breakfast location that has computers and comfy chairs with a big screen tv. DVDs are available to borrow from that area and play in your room on the DVD player. My 4 year old loved this!!!

This is such a hidden gem! It is a homey, comfortable, clean, “feel at home” place, more than a hotel. The employees were super nice, the family suite unit was spotlessly clean and well stocked for our purposes. It is in an easy to find location, and we will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is incredibly clean and charming. Great place for longer stays with the full kitchen in the room. The staff was incredibly friendly. There’s not an office person on staff 24 hours, but there is a way to check in after hours. My only complaint is not having a top security lock on the room door. As a woman traveling alone the added lock goes a long way to feeling safe. The hotel overall did feel safe though, otherwise I would not have stayed, but I still propped things up in front of the door just as a precaution.

A hidden gem in Florence. Pros: Staff extremely friendly Room quiet, except for the odd loud conversation. Real pillows! Not crappy deflated ones. Excellent shower water pressure. Close to several restaurants. Like Indian food? The Dal at Jot Florence is awesome. Price, reasonable. Room clean. Kitchenette fully equipped. A continental breakfast is included with waffles, bagels, toast, yougurt, fruit. No protein. Great family run place that is perfect for travelers. I will be back!

Wonderful hotel! Convenient to the highway and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and very convenient to include a complete kitchen. The bathroom shower was awesome. Understand that this hotel is older and could use a bit of maintenance such as paint touchups and replacing some worn carpet. But very good nonetheless. The continental breakfast was very good which included coffee, tea, apple juice, milk , hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, and fruit. The attendant, April, was very friendly and provided great service. It could be a bit better if they provided a few more food options such as waffles, OJ, takeaway egg sandwiches, etc, Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended.
