There was a cockroach in my room, bugs in the bed, room smelled like smoke, the carpet was so dirty it made our feet turn black.

So dirty I went to my room it smelled like mold I walked back to the desk and got a refund.

when checking in I was told dogs could only stay two nights though this was not indicated when reservations were originally made. Did get to stay for the full four nights after the owner was contacted but the original scare was unnecessary. Insufficient towels, toilet paper, and no coffee pot in the room. This was the first time experiencing this.
Good, overall stay. Very comfortable bed and room was nice and clean. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location.
Check in went really smooth. The room is ok if you are just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep. It is in need of a serious update. The room was non-smoking but still smelled smokey, it was dark mainly due to missing and blown light fixtures. The bathroom had no towels. But on the plus side, lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower.
I appreciated there being a Gideons Bible in the nightstandRoom was clean & comfortable. Staff was helpful. If I could change 1 thing it would be that their would be a protein source of at least boiled eggs for breakfast. Basically, it was cereal & waffles only(which we can't have because we are gluten free.) Other than that. it is a good value for your $$$
I stopped at the hotel because it was getting late and there was a huge traffic jam on the freeway. I was pleased with what I got for the price (low budget) but I wished that the TV could've been turned up a bit louder.
first off I'd like to say that I called the hotel two days prior to tell them that I'm bringing my service dog with me. after I checked in my daughter's friendset that a guy ran up to her screaming at her about the dog she told him that he's a service dog so I went to the office because we were locked out of our room and I had to tell them that he was a service dog and under the ATA guidelines the Americans with Disabilities Act I do not have to furnish proof that he is a service dog I had no problems going to any restaurants, Walmart, Best Buy, or any other places I frequent with no hassles. my children came to visit me at the hotel but they did not spend the night and then I was locked out of my room a second time because they were trying to charge me for extra people being in my room even though they were there just to visit and I took him home later that evening. I would definitely not recommend this location in Florence Kentucky to anyone. I contacted their customer service and they said they would get back to me they were very shocked at the way I was treated I am A 100 disabled combat veteran of the Iraq war.
The hotel was a bit rundown there was trash and old air conditioners in the hallway. Besides that the rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

A little dirty; no microwave. No TV guide or info on local restaurants etc. Comfortable , clean bed.
Save your money. Staff was not friendly. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Room had a foul odor to it. People walking around the parking lot at all hours of the night made it feel like we were staying in a bad side of town.
The room was neat and clean. It was close to where I was working and the price was right. I had to stay longer than planned and the staff went out of their way to make sure I didn't have to change rooms and I got the same rate.
Check in was suppose to be at 3PM got there at noon was told room would be ready in half hour 5:30 PM they were just starting to clean the room. Friends that booked on there own Had a cheaper rate then I had with my 15% discount and they had no coupons
room was a little box the shower sucked you got more water outside shower than in. when we first got there we thought there was a cockroach on a light shade but it was another type of flying bug they were remodeling rooms had all there trash from that laying along the stair areas
WOW! Where do I start. First of all the toilet did not work, the sink was plugged up and the walls had scratches like someone had thrown furniture at them. Additionally, there were cigarette burn marks in the comforter and we specified NON SMOKING but the room was an ash tray!!!! DISGUSTING!!! I have never stayed in a place so dirty. I slept on top of the covers. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! PAY $10 MORE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
