Average property - the gym was a wreck - both treadmills were broken, no water - I expected better.
Everyone was great, from the time I checked in to the time I left everyone did a great job
We couldn’t be happier with the hotel. Flew in at midnight and got picked up within 10 minutes. Check in was so easy and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and quick friendly checkout. Shuttle back to airport really fast and efficient. I would say you get more for your money for sure. Thanks for the stay!!!

Great location for visiting the Ark Encounter, The Creation Museum, and Newport on the Levee! Front Desk and Breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly! Breakfast included and was pretty good.

Orbitz allowed us to make a last minute reservation, but, upon arrival, (fifteen minutes later,) it turned out that there were no rooms available. The reception clerks were very gracious, but, unable to be of help.
Close to I 75, convenient room on 1st floor. Room was marked handicapped accessible but narrow door to bathroom. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, next door to Cracker Barrel. Parking lot was awkward finding entrance due to other shops around but overall excellent amenities.
Good bed but basics were missing. No lock in the bathroom!! It made very uneasy experience for the adults to use the restroom while staying with the kids. No exhaust too in the bathroom. No proper lights. No brush, no paste, no shower cap. Only consolation.. breakfast was good.
The rooms was nice. They have recently modernized them. Staff was extremely friendly. The room was nice and clean everytime we wound get back to our room. I didn't like the bathroom faucet in the corner of the sink. You can only wash one hand at a time. Also, some better mattresses would be nice. We woke up every morning with our back hurting.
It was a nice place to stay. And close to the places I was visiting while in the area.
Toilets wouldn’t flush all the time, AC didn’t seem work well, very tiny rooms, beds uncomfortable, found fleas!!! Also, they advertised for indoor-outdoor pool. There was no indoor pool!
Staff at the Hampton In Cincinnati Airport South very friendly and helpful, Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
People did not seem to be happy working there. Smoking in the pool area. Bad smell from the construction and the gym was mostly closed. I wouldn't recommend it.
Nice hotel but they have shuttle issues.getting dropped off at horse track was no problem.Getting a return shuttle was an issue both nights..not fun
