Check In process went very well and the manager/front desk employs was very professional and helpful. However, we are Hyatt members and were not offered our free waters, which is not a huge deal but is typically a nice touch. We were quite disappointed when we go to our room. They are very "tired" looking and are in desperate need of updating and remodeling.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed here before and the rooms are a great size for the price but this time wasn’t as clean as our previous stay. The sofa had some stains on it, the ice bucket had some gross goop on it and the pool wasn’t clean either (although maintenance did add chemicals quickly when brought to their attention). My daughter also got stung by a hornet in the pool area too…not sure how those got in but it was very random. There didn’t seem to be as many options for breakfast as last time too which was a little frustrating. There was nothing major wrong, just several little things.
