I booked this hotel specifically from the pictures posted of the workout room. When I arrive, 2 out of the 4 cardio machines were broken (the elliptical and bike were both broken) and even though the picture on the Hyatt website showed free weights, there were none available when I arrived. VERY DISAPPOINTING
Dealing with Orbitz was fantastic the hotel the bathroom was ridiculous the door would hit the toilet when you went in the staff not so friendly but OK pretty building pretty surroundings great location I would stay there again but the bathroom that is a huge issue
Everything was great except the air conditioner was really noisy.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. During breakfast hours, it should be required that a mask be worn while getting your food since it is a tight space.
The price was fair, so we returned. The breakfast was terrible— rubbery boiled eggs, canned fruit, and empty carbs. Not acceptable.
The refrigerator didn’t get cold. It got cool but not cold. Many parts have go the building and rooms were starting to look well used and needing to be fixed or updated. For how much this one costs it should look nicer.
My stay was very pleasant...staff was friendly. I called for extra sheets and blanket for the pull out bed and housekeeping was there within 10 minutes of calling. Overall, I have no complaints.
It was very clean and neat. Our room had great amenitites.
Our room was comfortable enough but showing some wear and tear. The tv left much to be desired. Due to Covid they no longer offer daily housekeeping, if you want housekeeping or need clean linens or towels they must be requested. Not a problem if the price reflects the service offered/not offered. This is supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel and someone on our floor was smoking so much, and so heavy that it was nearly unbearable and could even be smelled in our room. I reported this, but it did nothing to stop the smoker. I was in Florence for medical reasons, not an easy time, so this was very unfortunate. Parking is good, free, on-site, but the shuttle van, which does have a designated parking space was constantly parked in front of the door making it difficult for a handicapped person to easily get around and in the door. Would I stay here again? Only if the price is $70 or lower per night, in my opinion it’s not worth more than that. It’s clean, decent, but don’t expect much and you’ll be okay.
It was a suitable place to stay. The week was quiet, but then toward the weekend it got really loud into the late hours and someone on our floor was smoking so much that it was nearly unbearable. One of the reason I’d chosen the hotel was because it’s no smoking hotel. They don’t offer housekeeping service unless it’s requested, but most of the staff was nice enough.
Modern, well laid out room. Convenient location to interstate & shopping. Super friendly staff.
Only bad thing was the pool was freezing We planned to swim a lot w our grandson and couldn’t

there was a water problem from 2 floors above us. We notified the staff and were switched to another room on the same floor within minutes. Excellent service and very professional!
