The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. During breakfast hours, it should be required that a mask be worn while getting your food since it is a tight space.

The price was fair, so we returned. The breakfast was terrible— rubbery boiled eggs, canned fruit, and empty carbs. Not acceptable.

The refrigerator didn’t get cold. It got cool but not cold. Many parts have go the building and rooms were starting to look well used and needing to be fixed or updated. For how much this one costs it should look nicer.

My stay was very pleasant...staff was friendly. I called for extra sheets and blanket for the pull out bed and housekeeping was there within 10 minutes of calling. Overall, I have no complaints.

Due to Covid they no longer offer daily housekeeping, if you want housekeeping or need clean linens or towels they must be requested. This is supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel and someone on our floor was smoking so much, and so heavy that it was nearly unbearable and could even be smelled in our room. I reported this, but it did nothing to stop the smoker. I was in Florence for medical reasons, not an easy time, so this was very unfortunate. Parking is good, free, on-site, but the shuttle van, which does have a designated parking space was constantly parked in front of the door making it difficult for a handicapped person to easily get around and in the door. Would I stay here again? Only if the price is $70 or lower per night, in my opinion it’s not worth more than that. It’s clean, decent, but don’t expect much and you’ll be okay.

there was a water problem from 2 floors above us. We notified the staff and were switched to another room on the same floor within minutes. Excellent service and very professional!

A great place for larger families. They just need to learn not to overcook the eggs.
