Room was spacious and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. However, we stayed two nights and had cold or lukewarm showers whether evening or morning. Told the front desk staff who was very unconcerned with it. Also both mornings the regular coffee ran out around 7:30 and when we left at 8:15 it hadn’t been refilled. Again front desk was unconcerned and a little snippy when asked how long before there would be more coffee. Please note: if you are not a Hyatt member, you have to pay for parking.

Dated, cold in the room, couldn’t get thermostat up to 71 degrees. Water temperature Luke warm. Very dated and stains on couch and carpet. Very poor example of Hyatt place that I have stayed with before.

I booked a last-minute room for a staycation. Despite this hotel being near a highway, the area was quiet. The room was clean and well-maintained. I was able to walk to Meijer and to a nearby restaurant, instead of driving, as there are a few within walking distance. I would recommend booking a room with Hyatt Place.

Place to sleep but thats all

The room was fairly clean like an average hotel. The shower would not fully come on(when pulling knob lots of water rushed into lower portion) so the pressue was low. Also 2 of 5 machines were down in the gym. Lastly, the breakfast service was a mess. The original offerings were ok but there were not enough plates, the food was not replenished. The area was messy with food spills. They also ran out of coffee and it was not replenished.

Online it says the hotel is pet friendly. When I checked in the staff told me "dogs only". Your listings should be more clear. Pet friendly = Dogs Cats not just dogs. I ended up having to look for another hotel to stay in on the spot because of this surprise. Imo, this is not good customer service and your listing is misleading.
