Perfect area to stay if going to the Cincinnati Zoo or the Aquarium. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast, very enjoyable stay. The staff were courteous and helpful. We also enjoyed the view outside our windows.

Paid extra for river view and wasn’t what I would consider a river view but a city skyline which was very nice. Great location and clean but definitely needs some updates. Shower curtain rod was rusty and the golden yellow furniture seemed outdated. The mattress was not great either.

Friendy saff and across the street from the Newport Levee. Everything was withing walking distance on the Levee and felt safe in the area. Didnt like having to pay for parking and the hotel was a bit high priced.

Outstanding service at hotel
From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the customer servicer was excellent. We were acknowledged and welcomed every time we came into the buiding and left the building. We were offered assistance to our room and they asked if we were happy with the room. The room was clean and the city view from the window was wonderful. We will definitely stay here on our future visits to Cincy.

Two things that bummed us out is they use to have free parking onsite, now they charge daily rates. Then their breakfast onsite was not as good as it use to be and very limited selections compared to prior visits and they ran out of food several times in the buffet.

This is the closest and most convenient place to stay to get to the levee. It also has a private gate right to the bridge to get to the stadiums. The staff was kind and helpful. We had 5 people and the 6 person room was plenty big enough. Almost forgot to mention beautiful views of the Cincinnati skyline. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting.

The property was in very good condition. The staff was friendly. The photographs of the pool make the pool look larger than it is. Breakfast was acceptable, but the noise from the road kept me up for most of the night. If you’re gonna stay here, I would strongly recommend that you ask for a room with odd numbers. The even numbers face the noisy street.
