The hotel was clean, but the rooms are small. The lobby was nice. The parking lot is too small and is dark. There were homeless people and it did not feel safe. The picture of the hotel is deceiving.
This place is clean, comfortable, great breakfast, and has a phenomenal staff. Only down side is the noise. You'll need ear plugs.

I appreciate the full-service experience of Holiday Inn Expresses. The complimentary breakfast keeps me coming back. This property, needs some attention to cleanliness. We had two rooms. Bathtubs were both dirty. Calcium deposits built up on sink faucets.
Trash in the hallways , overnight parking fee not disclosed up front, for $220 a night one expects a few basics like cleanliness.

I was very disappointed with the shower because there was at least 3 inches of standing water. I complained to the front desk person who is the manager and asked what they can do for me. He responded with you were able to shower, right? I was so upset with his response. Really?
It was a last minute pick for my wife and I to get away for a couple of days! It is much cheaper than Cincinnati and Covington is pretty kool town!

The room we had was quite spacious for travelling with 2 kids, large room with 2 queen beds separated from living room and kitchenette. Continental breakfast had good selection. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, I believe you may have us confused with another hotel as we do not charge for parking and have a free open parking lot.
