Great family place.

This hotel is consistently above & beyond expectations for it's "star rating" and price point. We intentionally re-target & re-stay here while visiting Cincinnati, The Creation Museum, Newport, The Cincy Zoo, Newport Aquarium, etc. It's conveniently located on the Interstate and also "just far enough" away from the metropolis centers that you're not covered in traffic when you want to go out for dinner. There's a theater and pizza restaurant next door, a few local brewery / restaurants within 5 minutes and the entire area is clean, safe & quiet. Bonus points for how convenient and clean the indoor pool is for our kids. Thanks for keeping up a standard that we look forward to a few times per year.

The toilet seat in our room was loose and when my son sat on it the seat went sideways and broke. I notified the front desk and the staff were courteous and willing to take care of it right away. Great staff!

Queen room suite

Queen bed suite was large however room is in desperate need of an upgrade and cleaning. There was mold on the bathroom walls and several spiders in the bathroom. The location is good with easy access to the interstate. The breakfast was okay however 2 of the 3 waffle makers were out of order and only other hot food option was eggs and sausage.

Cozy Beds and tasty breakfast

The room was wonderful and the shower hot! Loved the coziness of the bed. The only negative about the room is it was facing a huge building that was less than 20 feet away. Nothing but a metal wall for the view but the worst thing is the security light on it shines towards the hotel seeping in at the bottom of the curtains. We had to find a way to block out the light. The breakfast was really good both mornings we were there. Also, only service animals are allowed. Perfect for me!!
