We reserved 2 double rooms. When we got the the one it was completely covered in mold. Celling, walls and the beds and floor were wet. We went to the front desk and had to take a king room on the 3rd floor. The front desk person was very polite.

Breakfast good, Roy fixed us dinner. Nobody else was around. We requested another room at check in because the assigned one was filthy and smelled moldy. Next room was okay. Ashley was very helpful. Hundreds of Mayflies at night at the illuminated doors! A simple colored bulb could have solved that. (They had them at the pool area). Elevators and common areas had dirty, sticky floors. The carpets were filthy. Management does not check on anything. We stayed two nights and finally got someone to make up our room at 3pm. This could have been a pleasant stay, but there is too little staff and no management.

Mayflies got in by the hundreds as soon as the door was opened

My bedding was not cleaned after the previous tenant. Blood seeped from the pillowcase through to the pillow, indicating that it had not been changed. The sheets were full of hair and dirt. The bathroom floor had hair in all of the corners. Stains ran down walls and doors. I got a new room and the door wouldn’t lock without pressing the door shut with every bit of force I had. Did not feel safe or clean. The lobby/coffee area had overflowing trash. Not worth the cost, not in a great area.

It’s big property with several amenities, including outdoor swimming pool. The building seems to be a bit old, very slow elevator and out dated corridors decor and carpeting. The room bathroom was nicely retrofitted but furniture and carpet were aged.

No riverfront to be seen

The shower was large and the water pressure was very good. The bed was spacious and comfortable but when the covers were pulled back the sheets didn’t look fresh. The bed didn’t seem like it had been made up properly. During our 2 day stay we didn’t once spot a river. We booked the accommodation believing there would be a riverfront. All we saw was a very old bridge with traffic that disrupted our early morning peaceful sleep. The main entrance had pots with plastic flowers and was littered with cigarette ends and dirt including an old sock! Wouldn’t recommend this place.

The breakfast was NOT complimentary. You have to pay over $11.00 dollars per person for breakfast. Luckily there was a McDonalds next door so I could get 2 breakfasts for less than $11.00.

Not my cup of tea.

Walking into the hotel i did expect what i foubd i side the room. Lobby and desk area are nice and neat. Room had dust and cob webs in the top corners of the room and dust on the ceiling. The walk in shower had what appeared to be mold. Found zip lock bags under the bed and the mattress was like sleeping on the floor. The hotel is definitely showing its age and cohld absolutely use a full make over.The area was nice for what we needed it for. But $11.49 a person for breakfast is a little crazy for the little they had to offer.

It wasn’t a bad area and I loved the pool! The rooms could benefit from upgrades, in addition to some of the patchwork being looked at. It’s just outdated. The bathrooms could use a fan too! Staff was great and I’d stay again, especially in the summer with the outdoor pool.
