• This home is a sister unit to The Grand Elm Suite 2. You may see other guests coming and going during your stay. Larger groups are encouraged to book the combined unit of The Grand Elm Suites, providing access to both units.

• This home is equipped with 5 (five) external security cameras. The first is located on the front door of the building, actively monitoring the entrance and walkway. The second is located on the front right side of the building, actively monitoring the parking lot. The third is located on the back right side of building, actively monitoring the parking lot and office entrance. The fourth is located on the front left side of the building, actively monitoring the pull-through/office entrance. The fifth is located on the back left side of the building, actively monitoring the guest parking and walkway areas.
