The room was amazing.But when we arrived to check in, there was nobody at the North check in, where our room was located and nobody available for valet. All the messages I received from the hotel, might have been automated, but they told me to pull up to the north hotel lobby for check in.We had to go to the main lobby. Having said all that, the room was amazing.If you can get a room looking into the lightwell, I strongly suggest it. It was well worth it. I definitely would stay there again.
