We did not dine at either of the hotel’s restaurants, so unfortunately we’re unable to comment on the food or restaurant service. At one time, this Radisson was clearly a lovely place to stay. Since this was our first trip in quite some time, we decided to treat ourselves to something a bit more “upscale.” Bless our optimism. While the hotel is older (which can absolutely be charming), that charm seems to have retired some years ago. The Radisson name is still present, though the room itself felt very much frozen in another era. The flooring was genuinely beautiful and easily the highlight of the room. The bathroom, however, was extremely outdated, and the water temperature situation was… interesting. The sink produced water hot enough to brew tea, while the shower struggled to reach anything resembling warm. An exciting little guessing game, if you will. Now, the bed. Unfortunately, it was the star of the disappointment. It sank dramatically in the middle, resulting in the worst sleep I’ve had in a very long time. Two nights of poor sleep really add to the overall experience in ways one never forgets. The view was absolutely stunning and truly a bright spot—though, sadly, even a great view can’t compensate for a terrible night’s sleep. Customer service was pleasant and professional, which we genuinely appreciated. That said, while we’re grateful for the stay, we don’t anticipate returning in the future.

The noise was so exceptional. The people talking in the next room came through the bathroom vent like we were in the same room. There was door slamming repeatedly both nights we were there. The street noise was intense too. There was a motorcycle drag race at 11:30pm that sounded like it was right next to us. The outlets near our bed didn’t work. I thought I was getting a deal but there were better properties at same price point. The staff was lovely though. Hotel is outdated.

It was actually a pretty decent stay for the rate. The building is sort of older, but you can definitely tell that there’s been renovations. It almost gives the vibes of a high-rise apartment. When I checked in, Cory was amazing! He was very friendly and chipper and if he would’ve been at the front desk when I checked out (or at least someone may be 10% as friendly as he was), I would’ve given five stars. I ended up checking out right around 12:30 or 1 AM and when I came down to the front desk, I was nice and chipper because I thought I would get the same energy that Corey had but this guy was very rude. I even ended up asking him. Is everything OK. And it started from the time I approached him and said hi and instead of him greeting me back,he said what can I do for you?

Good stay. Little hiccup with the champagne and strawberries add on, but they responded well then to fix it. Major weird thing is the hotel is surrounded by a huge privvate open air parking with a handful of cars, and they still charged 10/ day for parking. That was a very bigg hospitality mistake. It would give me pause to stay again. otherwise, very nice stay
