I have stayed at this property before. It appears rundown and had no air conditioning. The property has had no air conditioning for several days and failed to notify me within my free cancelation window. Due to medical condition I requested early check out and with the help of Expedia and front desk at hotel I was able to do so without penalty. Thank you to Expedia for your help

AC was out of service, but provided a fan. Pool and water slide are great and the lifeguards were there. The room’s walls are thin, and you can hear noises fom hallways and next rooms.

Was warned that the AC was a problem a few days before arrival but no alternate accommodation was provided. Told that fans would be available but when I asked, they “were out”. Called front desk twice at 1130 and 1145 to have noisy residents removed from 3rd floor lobby. Ice maker and parties went all night long. Never coming back here

They didnt have air conditioning but read the reviews and had packed a fan. Room was good otherwise. Smells nice..lobby staff were efficient. We didnt use the pool or restaurant. There was plenty of eating choices near hotel. The street out front is very busy. But we had great view of Mt Mckay.

3rd time wasn't the charm. Never again...

We had stayed at this hotel twice before and it was great, so we went again. Upon our arrival, AFTER we checked in and they gave us our room keys, we were informed that the A/C was out in the entire building, but were assured maintenance was working on it urgently. (We found out by looking up past reviews, the A/C has been "broken" for nearly a month.) We were told we could ask for a fan if we found the room too hot, and/or open the window. Once we got to our room we found the entire carpet to be incredibly sticky and the room was sitting at 28°. I went to open the window and found that the screen had been forcibly removed. I put the screen back as best I could then tried to open the window and quickly discovered the screen had been removed because the window crank was broken. I had to remove the screen again and push the window open. I called for a fan, but was told none were available. We had our 2 dogs with us and decided to give them a cold shower because they were overheating. That's when we found that the controls for the shower were labelled backwards and nearly cooked our dogs. Other things that added to our poor stay: Broken microwave (would not heat) Waterslide unavailable during the weekdays (not advertised on site) Door would not latch unless fiddled with after closing Broken crackpipe on the ground outside the main entrance (wish I was joking) Marijuana EVERYWHERE! We were not asked how our stay was, and I'm pretty sure they knew the answer already...
