Room stank. Incredible noise from other rooms. Room wasn’t clean. Found garbage under the TV desk when trying to use the outlets. Only a handful of the room’s electrical outlets worked. Really a terrible hotel, nothing like the reviews we read.

Checking in was smooth and front desk staff was kind, room was clean and comfortable. The 4th floor had a slight musty smell in the hallways which wasn’t pleasant but not a big deal. Parking lots not plowed which was mildly annoying as well but we managed fine.

The room was clean and spacious.the heating unit made so much noise that earplugs were necessary to sleep. The management should consider changing out the original through wall heating/cooling units for quieter, more efficient split heat pump systems.
