It was a great start to the evening with the gentleman helping and being courteous with us. The place was nice, however the morning wasn’t so great with the other staff as she followed my girlfriend and cousin around when he came to visit before we had to leave that day. She made us feel very uncomfortable.

The hotel was just ok. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Upon arrival a member of the front desk staff was behind the counter looking very unkept. Long, unruly hair which should have been neatly tied back. Not a very good impression to present to the public especially in the hospitality field! The carpets in the hallway were disgusting! Smelly and full of stains! The picture representing the hotel on Expedia was not what the exterior of the hotel looked like. Picture looked to be a modern hotel (Red & Grey in colour). Hotel was beige/pale yellow looking. I impressed with those aspects of the hotel.

The room was newly renovated and very nice. It was clean, very comfortable, nice and quiet. Enjoyed the room. Didn’t like the parking area way at the back but we were able to park near the door. I would stay there again.
