No one spoke English after hours or when we requested clean linens, In second room , they was Brown stained sheets , towels , facecloths. Refrigerator froze all food and drink, we had to clean up the mess ourselves , we lost food, reported , not sure it was understood and consequently not replaced during our stay. In first room , 2 of three lights not able to turn on.Turn on switch embedded into place.Came into our room when we requested that they don’t, eventually got a “snooze” hanger for the door , only had the spectrum guide to view, remote had taped batteries in the compartment, but this room was changed out for us for the second room. The door to the pool area by our room was propped open at night when we returned and was still propped open on the morning we left. A security breach? windows and rugs were not clean. Also, no help or consideration for 2 elderly women who were struggling with the luggage cart. I accidentally put the wrong exit date on the reservation, but they still charged me for it. Ebony was
friendly and accommodating. We usually didn’t get to talk with her because the front desk was not staffed.
There was no way to alert them we were there. If we called the desk , she was the one who would answer. Breakfast was awful. Coffee in a community carafe, donuts in the box they were purchased in, styrofoam cups. We never ate there.
Ebony and the location to stores & restaurants were the only positive things about this hotel.
