Room was dirty I found a pill under the bed & a cigarette butt. Room smelled like cigarettes & urine!!!! Was very disappointed

So the staff was not very happy like they didn’t like their job hardly any of the staff was wearing mask and when I went to look for one the lady saw me and hid! The property was gross smelt like wet dog!! Our room even smelt like wet dog! When we woke up the entire hotel smelt like weed as if everyone was hot boxing it! Outside there was so many people who was not guests just creeping the area and one walked in to the pool to watch my teenager swim!! I quickly made her get out and he ran off the property! Never will I return!

Had a roach on the wall when i arrived in my room. No continental breakfast as advertised. Only energy bars water and a fruit cup in a bag.

Nothing at all was a very dirty place and the people around it looks like drug addict floors was nasty when I said nasty trust me guys uncomfortable , I just stay one night because a Soon I saw that I cancelled my following days

Walk AC sorry I’m from Vegas we have up to date stuff and that we didn’t get the free food cause of the covid stuff so I guess it’s not their fault lol and my key kept not working during my stay

I liked having the sink separate from the toilet. Cleaners could check the temp. setting, as it was set on 90 when we got to the room. Outside air was only low 70. It took awhile to cool the room. Had to open the window. Nice that it opened.

It was somewhat clean; the elevator & laundry areas are "no man's land" - nobody cleaned them. Ver gross. Hallways & room carpet edges need a good vac & scrub. Room floor left black on my flip flops. Towel bar was broken & tub drain clogged, we bought a plunger - it's easier to fix them yourself.

We stayed un room #310 as soon as I walked into the room I knew this room was musty smelling. It wasn't until later that I noticed the ac unit was leaking inside and the entries carpet around it was wet. The bathroom tub faucet leaked all night and everything about this hotel was just unkempt. I feel for employees who are good employees but the hotels dont take care of them or their property.
