I’d say the check-in was decent, parking was somewhat secure and lit. After a few hours of sleeping I received a call from someone asking if I was trying to get into the office, knowing from the sound of my voice I was sound asleep I definitely wasn’t trying to get into the office. Now for the room, the beds were horrible, every time you (we) moved on either one they made a metal spring sound, one room key stopped working after one use, the shower curtain rod looked as if it was broken and had some type of masking tape on one end of it. When packing up to leave and load the car at 7:30am there were 2 hookers standing outside by the pool waiting to be picked up. It was just not something or some place I would recommend if someone were to ask…

Staff was friendly and good. The area / outside was a little sketchy for me. People hanging out around the area. Inside the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Standard simple Continental breakfast. Not sure I would stay again. It was ok for 1 night after 9 hours of driving.

The staff, and housekeepers were VERY OUTSTANDING. GREAT!! Cesar the over night front desk Is soooo very respectful and always attended to my needs, no matter the time.. he always made me feel welcomed. America is great, she made some of my stressful check ins way much easier. She's great! I'm bad with names but the other young pretty woman who I always compliment on her pretty nails was a greaaar help as well, she is very understanding. Housekeepers are great , always gave what was needed with no hesitation. Hard working ladies. The whole staff was great and I'll keep recommending this hotel to everyone I know! Thank you all for being so good to me when I stayed for weeks.

The room we stayed in had a bad toliet seat. The whole toliet needs to be replaced. The stairway railing by the swimming pool needs to be repaired. The rail needs to be secured to the wall. Currently the rail has 1 screw that holds to wall.

The room was nice. However the noise from the Interstate 5 Freeway was very annoying. The bathrooms toilet seat needs to be looked at. The toilet seats screws need to be replaced. Currently there is only one screw holding the seat together.

Great Stay until this morning. I noticed that there were cockroaches by the front door. Also room is in need of repair. The bathroom door needs a new latch or brand new door.
