Place was clean as a rundown place can be. Had cracked window could feel a draft. Looked worse than a prison marriage visiting place. Shower was stuck on medium temperature only. Was dog friendly as most motel6 are. The staff was doing there job best that they can with what they had.
This hotel was clean and the staff was courteous, however the facility is dated and poorly maintained. The parking lot was trashy with debris, broken glass, litter and potholes. Several vehicles in the lot looked abandoned and/or were vandalized. On the up side, the room itself was clean and quiet. ...
We needed a place to spend the night in Lodi. This hotel is perfect for that providing an updated clean quiet room. The breakfast the next morning was just what we needed. Not necessarily a long term stay but great for one or two nights.
Stockton, California, is one of the largest cities in the state, and offers many events and festivals and sights for fans of art, theater, and sports. Hotels in Stockton range from cheap motels to high-quality rooms (either well-known hotel chains or locally owned hotels). The west of the city contains the majority of the more expensive accommodation (starting around 50 dollars) while the east end of Stockton holds the less expensive rooms.
The Stockton convention and visitor's bureau should be your first choice when it comes to a location for an event; it has a variety of rooms sized for different purposes, and facilities to allow for a range of activities. The location hosts events, from live music and comedy to dance shows.
Stockton has a multitude of options when it comes to eating out, with Italian, Japanese, and American choices on the table. Of particular interest is Cocoro, a Japanese bistro that has food suitable for vegetarians or just people interested in having a great Japanese meal.
Stockton has a great deal of local festivals and shows, including its yearly Asparagus Festival and events for most major cultural dates on the calendar (like Cinco de Mayo and St. Patrick's day).
Stockton has several shopping areas to choose from; the Lincoln center sells great special occasion gifts, from watches to hand-made goods, and is located downtown, where most of the historic sites in the town can be found.
Stockton has a few minor league sports teams to choose from, including the Stockton Thunder hockey team, and the Stockton Cougars and Ports.
Staff friendly went the extra mile. Facilities perfect for close by our family, bed fine for restful nights sleep. only in room 11:00pm to 6:30am. Met our needs economically!
Everything was very nice. Good breakfast selection. Water pressure was somewhat low.
It lacked a dresser or desk-type table with drawers to store clothing (undies) and such when on an extended stay. Could have a comfortable chair to sit in while viewing TV or reading. In others words, for such a larg room there is a need for some furniture.
Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly. Had a nice showerhead, which I like, and which isn't always the case. Went down for the included breakfast at 9:35 a.m. and learned that it closes at 9:30 and I missed it. Wish they would have told me the hours when I checked in the previous night. Swimming pool was closed for the winter I suppose, although it wasn't marked that way. Water wasn't being filtered and leaves were in the pool. But the room and bathroom were comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. Would stay there again.
