This was one of the nastiest hotel experiences I’ve had. The room looked like it had barely been cleaned in a very long time. The bed skirt was filthy, stained, and looked absolutely disgusting — like it hadn’t been washed in decades. The floors were so dirty that wiping them with a towel turned the towel black. There was women’s hair left on the towels, which was extremely unhygienic and disturbing. The microwave still had old food residue inside, and the water would not drain properly in the sink/tub. The entire room felt dirty, sticky, and poorly maintained. To make things worse, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful when concerns were brought up. Instead of showing professionalism or concern, the interaction felt dismissive and unpleasant. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting even basic cleanliness standards.
