I've stayed here repeatedly, and it never disappoints. Unfailingly cheerful staff who love their jobs, immaculate facilities, nice indoor pool, 24 hour free coffee and cookies, nice breakfast.
This was our 4th stay at this hotel. The staff are always very friendly . They understand the meaning of hospitality. Good breakfast with plenty of choices and seating. Clean and quiet. Good parking.

This was our 2nd stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Lathrop, and they were fantastic! The hotel was clean, the complimentary breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly. They even remembered us from our stay 6 months prior! Our first night in Lathrop, we were in another hotel that was booked for us by a family member (Days Inn up the street). The staff there was rude and we had a mouse in our room (couldn't switch rooms because all the local hotels were out of rooms, including the one we were in). The mouse chewed through my cell phone charger. Needless to say, we switched to the Hampton and were so pleased with our switch. It is a fantastic hotel. I highly recommend staying there. We will absolutely be back!
Hotel that realizes hospitality is its product. Clean. Friendly staff. Large breakfast room with lots of choices. We stay here every year post family get together in Manteca
This is the second stay at this hotel. Staff is helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Great location. Very good breakfast and plenty of seating. Hope to be back next year

I booked this hotel for a close by wedding. It doesn't seem to be near anything special; however, it was a good deal with friendly staff.
Location is mid-way from southern Oregon to Los Angeles. Had stayed here a couple of years before but a few changes were different: I could no longer add reward points because I had booked through a 3rd party but was able to before. Closer parking spaces are now designated for Elite reward members. We were given a bottle of water upon departure before and now they seem to be reserved for Elite reward members. So, from that perspective, it seems less friendly than before.
Just needed to stay a night passing through. Hotel staff was friendly and room was spacious and very comfortable. Great stay!

Good halfway point between Oregon and Disneyland. The hotel was right off the freeway and was very convenient. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was the best we had all trip.
The hotel was top notch. Wonderful breakfast, super clean, friendly staff, great pool and hot tub, and lots of places to eat around there. The only problem was that the beds in room 216 were very firm. Family didn't get a great rest that night. We will be going back on our yearly trip up north and planning on staying there again.
