Room was old with very old looking furniture, bed was saggy, cleaning was mediocre. Staff was not friendly or engaging at all. I won’t stay there again.

The room looked clean, but the only clean part of the room was the bathroom. There were dirty socks under the beds and fake lashes still stuck on one of the bed blankets. So disgusting! The staff wasn't as supportive. We asked for two complete sets of towels for two days and only received two bath towels, no washcloths or hand towels. We had to reuse the only two towels the room had. Should I mention the hotel didn't have any staff besides the front desk person? This is mind-blowing to me because it was Thanksgiving weekend.

I will never stay here again unfortunately. The first room we were in had stained mattresses and the sheets were covered in hair. They don’t give you enough towels and things we’re unclean like the blinds and walls. The shower broke so we moved to a “suite”. It was supposed to be an upgrade but wasn’t any different than the first room. The breakfast was all microwaved or pre frozen. I’d probably just spend the extra 30-40 bucks to stay somewhere that isn’t falling apart, unclear, and doesn’t live up to other hotels in the chain.

Unclean, microwave was filthy…tub was unusable…maintenance did come and try to clean. Curtains were stained. The outdated phone that should just be removed was caked with crum and hair…terrible. I literally had to clean the room myself. Outlets didn’t work, towels that were supposed to be clean had stains…I actually threw one in the trash because NO one should ever use it again. Real MOTEL vibe, will never stay again! On a good note the bed was super comfy and it was a good location! They used some magic camera on this one, not what is displayed at all!!!!

They stole my money. I was under the impression that all it cost was $105 when I booked the room. When I got there they wanted $100 which I didn't have I would not have booked the room if I knew there was a deposit. I was refused a full refund so I'm sleeping in my car in the rain that was the last of my money. I'm not happy with the experience at all.

Check in and staff were great. Room was old and smelled musty. Bathroom tile was dirty and shower curtain had a bad damp odor like wet towels. The cost was excellent, but it’s an older hotel so don’t expect much with the room. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options- scrambled eggs, sausage etc. Very clean dining area.

This place was the most horrible place we stayed at. Everything was broken : no hot water, the drained was clogged, the shower curtain was full of bacteria and stinky , the room smelled like smoke. We found lubricant in the room from prior stays so we don’t know if the rooms there are cleaned out properly. We complained but they didn’t address our issues and lied that the rooms were all sold out. Will not be coming back for future soccer tournaments for our sons.
