Overall I had a very nice stay. Parking is sparse and I had to park at the adjacent hotel the first night I arrived. Lots of work trucks taking up multiple spots. Guys standing in the parking lot smoking weed. Somewhat of an uncomfortable situation. Arrived back earlier in subsequent nights and everything was fine. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of fresh food. Coffee was really good. Beds were super comfy. Thermostats were easily adjusted for comfort. After the first night, wasn’t sure if I’d return. After the next few nights, I definitely would for the value and comfort.
Check-in was easy. This property is close to the highway which was great for us. We have been here before and remembered that we liked it.
Great location within Modesto. Close to the freeway but far enough away that you do not hear the traffic. Safe and clean area. Only concern we had is the mattresses are on the very firm side and it was difficult to sleep on. Wish they would upgrade the mattresses.

On Saturday night after returning. Also Sunday morning after returning from Spa .Elevator was out of orderfrom a reunion. There was no parking anywhere on the property. Was told to patk at Hampton Hotel ..If I wanted to park at Hampton Hotel .I would of stayed there

The rooms were very clean. I even saw house keeping staff disinfecting the carpet in the lobby.
The property was nicely appointed, clean and easily accessible. The staff was lacking professionalism, our room was not ready until an hour and half after check-in time and you had to hunt down a staff member for anything needed. The door in our room was broken and no one seemed to care about any situation. I'm glad we only had to be there one night or I would have moved hotels.
