Staff was very helpful, parking was very easy, and the building and rooms were very clean. There was some wear-and-tear in the room, with a shower that was tricky to operate (handle was wobbly making temp control ineffective) and supplies were low (lotion bottle was empty!) - I attempted to call the front desk from the room twice and there was no answer either time. In person, directly, staff were very helpful.

I book 1 King bedroom. They give me the room with water leaking on my head then I came down front desk ask for change the room they said they don’t have any King bed and downgrade me to 2 queen bed. I want to ratinf 0 star not even 1

Good stay

The hotel was nice and felt fairly updated. Fairly reasonable rates for my stay in fall. Self parking 9/25 was $12 across the street or $17 valet. If you self park on level 3 there’s a catwalk across the street to the hotel. You can also unload at the curb and go park if you have more that you can carry. Pool was large. It offered food in the restaurant and a hot breakfast for a fee. Also conference rooms where a baby shower was happening on this weekend. Staff was attentive. Only thing I didn’t love is the train that goes by fairly close to the hotel. It’s noticeable. It did not keep me up or wake me up, however so they might not run at night.
