Parking is the only thing that would keep me from returning. Valet is the worst I’ve ever experienced and the only self parking is across the street and it is an extra fee to park there. First hotel I’ve ever had to pay extra to park.

Hello, I stayed for two days and my room was never cleaned. I asked the housekeeper to clean it, and she said yes, but the room was never serviced. Also, the room description said it included a microwave, but the hotel told me the only microwave is in the lobby, which is not what was advertised. I also asked to change to a better room, but they told me they couldn’t do it because I booked through Expedia.

Food and food service was great. Vallet had some shortcomings. Bed sheets are rough, water pressure not great from shower head and restroom could have been cleaner. Food def. Made up for the rest.
