Terrible Service from Hotels.com and the Hotel

I’m extremely upset about my stay and with hotels .com, I was booking my room and signed up for a credit card associated with you. Through your site and after it was complete , it took me back and booked the room . When I arrived my room was not what I wanted , I. Chose a king and when I got to my room it was dual beds . So I talked to Kayla I do believe at the hotel and she refused to re/room me. Told me I needed to contact hotels .com. So I did, and spoke with Braylon who also refused to help me and ended our chat before I was done talking . Which really upset me! So I got to my room to feeling I was in a circus with running going around . At 11. Pm trying to sleep there were slamming doors and yelling going on which the front desk did nothing about , I would like to be compensated for this . I’m without words for how I was treated by hotels.com and by the hotel and the front desk .

They left the ozone generator on in our room and we immediately began to cough and gagged. We have a 3 year old child and he was coughing uncontrollably as well. We had to turn the generator off ourselves and ask for another room, but at that point we did not feel safe staying there. We returned our key and demanded a refunded. They told us to go through Expedia which we did but we were asked to call back on Monday when an approving manager could make that decision. Overall terrible experience.
