This has been our 3rd stay at this property and it has not dissapointed thus far. The city of Stockton needs to clean up that area of vagrants though. It's a real shame that so much money was spent on 're-vitalizing' downtown but nothing on mental services for the homeless people.
The room are great size why have double beds rather than a full or queen..and the beds are way too hard
limited F&B, the pool was not usable.
Great hotel to stay at and steps away from Stockton Arena.
Place looks great and feel safe
Hotel is good for a 3 star hotel. Feels as comfortable as a Fairfield Inn / Residence Inn. Has a restaurant but was closed when we stayed so again didn’t feel like a full service hotel. While being by the lake is nice, being next to the Stockton Arena also means the neighborhood doesn’t feel very walkable in terms of crowds and safety
The grounds were well maintained and the room very clean. The refrigerator is apartment sizes so much larger than most hotel rooms. All in all a good experience, however two of our friends who had reservations for over a month were told at check in that they could not find their reservations and were turned away! Also they could do so much more with the restaurant. The hotel was sold out for the weekend due to a festival and the only thing they had available to buy for food was appetizers or pizza! And the food closed at 9pm. It would have been a much nicer experience if they had staffed up for the occasion. Not to mention all the lost possible revenue by not offering the full menu or staying open longer.
We went to the ports game, we like how close you were to the game
The bar and restaurant were open!!!
We arrived and the reservations were not what we had expected, but the front desk dealt with the situation calmly and in a friendly manner. They were full and only four days from their re-opening but everything covid related was being done as transparently as possible. (No menues orl info in the rooms for example) The food at the restaurant was good, the pool was full, the beds were great and the rooms had serious appliances, which as travelers who carry food with them, we appreciate.
Wasn't allowed to check in because I had a temporary drivers license. My room was paid in advance, and I had my itentorary
The on demand wasn't working
There waz a homeless family living in the driveway. There were no amenities available everything was closed. House keeping never came to our Room to clean the trash or anything. We had to call the front desk and take care of this ourselves.
