Quiet location, very friendly staff & CLEAN!!! Close to the freeway but not close enough that you get the nois or traffic and the same with all the great food options. Definitely would stay here again.
My boyfriend and I were at a nearby event so we wanted to stay close. Rooms were clean and hotel staff were very pleasant. Overall, my hotel stay at the Courtyard of Marriott in Stockton met my expectations.
This hotel was very clean which is everything to me. The staff was very friendly and the location is very nice. You could get fancier, but for needs it was perfect.
We decided to stay overnight in the Stockton area after viewing the amazing nearby sandhill cranes in lodi. We couldn't find anything in Lodi, so we looked further afield. This Marriott was only 12 miles away. It had higher ratings than other hotels and was only a few dollars more. Staff were courteous and helpful. The room was large, spotless and quiet. The room, and all the rooms, looked into the trees surrounding the property. The location was far from major roads yet close to I5.
Everything was perfect very pleasant location and the hotel staff was super kind. Very clean hotel, wish I could stay there all the time, almost better than being at home.

Modern clean room, w. basic ammenities. Small couch & coffe table, instead of just a chair. No refrigerator/microwave. $20 cheaper than the Residence Inn behind it. Good staff. Breakfast is extra. Lg. communal lounge area downstairs. No bar/resturant adjacent, but enough nearby. On site security gaurd actually patrolling. After hours card lock entry. Could use more exterior lighting in parking lot. Safest part of town. Quickly accomodated requested room changes due to noise or trace residual tobacco smoke. As an ex-Stocktonian, I'd say it is probably one of the best hotels in Stockton.
We paid 10 extra dollars for the continental breakfast, and in true Marriott fashion, it was great! Everything made to order, many choices, not just coffee and a muffin. The only drawback was they were remodeling. They actually did a good job of not working at times when people would be sleeping and worksite was kept tidy.
I've stayed here before and you really can't go wrong with Marriot hotels.
