The staff is amazing. The room was clean

Hotel needs update Also in loud location, & bfast was just cold old coffee and barely any items . And PC in lobby out of order ,, for $115 a night I expected better

Lobby and breakfast area were very clean. Breakfast would get restocked AOK IF you asked. In my room the carpet was dingy, the bathroom looked like it had a poor mopping job before I arrived but was very well mopped daily. The toilet still had paper and a band aid floating in it when I arrived. I also had a brown gecko in my room but I was not concerned about that. Wish the facility had an exercise room

This was an old motel that was acquired by La Quinta. It seems like all they did was slap on the franchise name and stickers on the windows. The property is old and not well maintained. Do you ever walk into a buffet and notice what was once a carpet which is now a sticky mat? Yes, that was our carpet for the room. Wifi access has no password which makes session vulnerable while online. Rooms said no smoking however the rooms still lingered of smoking stains engrained into the walls. Cleaning only comes twice a week unless requested before 9pm each day.

The room was comfortable and clean, but the general area, and overall condition of the property was a little rough around the edges.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was very quick and smooth. It's a fairly quiet area and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The air conditioning worked very well and was nice and cold. The remote to the TV in room 242 didn't work. We traded it for another but that remote didn't work very well either. The toilet in room 242 didn't flush either. The parking lot and area looked a little sketchy and there was a corvette in the back parking lot with a flat tire that looked like it had been there a while.

Carpet was wet and felt dirty. Old rooms. Need to be upgraded.

Convenient

The walls need a fresh coat of paint. The bath tub has chips in it. could be fixed. Update the drab pictures. Please clean the bathroom vent. It was disgusting. A little investment and TLC would make this place nicer. Work on the parking on the far side where room 214 is.

Unit was dirty. TV didnt work. Noisy from all the contractors drinking and smoking outside. Homeless living in a trailer in the parking lot.

Carpet very stained, I didn't feel safe walk without shoes, shampoo was opened half bottle only, towels did look very clean, electrical outlets very loose connectors, for another $40.00 i could stayed on better hotel like holiday Inn. Very, very disappointed

I like everything about this day to check in with fast and noon courteous men and my Room was not so far from the office I decided to stay in X today and it was very easy to Make new reservations I love Staying Here I recommended to all my family And friends

The carpet was DISGUSTING!!!! I wish I could post a picture of my son's feet. He took a bath and before he went to bed I noticed the bottom of his feet were BLACK!! This makes me feel there are not keeping up with Covid-19 cleaning procedures and worry's me. I have been to others and this was the WORST!

I like the location of the hotel. It is really close to the freeway. The property needs to be cleaner. there is garbage everywhere and they need more security. during my stay couple cars where broken into. many where by the hall and parking lot they weren't residents. it looked like many illegally activities was going on. this is my 4th time staying and probably my last one.
