I stayed there the day before yesterday. It was just ok, with a VERY noisy AC unit, until I tried to take a shower before checking out. The shower didn't work so I had to wait for the maintenance man who arrived and told me it was a big job so they sent me to a room with a working shower down the hall. I had been good about wiping down my own room when I arrived because of Corona and now I have to do it again? As I'm trying to get ready and get out of town? It was a big pain. At checkout time the staff was less than sorry about it. Normally I'm a Holiday Inn or Ramada level hotel guy but it was late when I made this booking and I just did it. For the extra money I expected something better and was very disappointed. This was my first and last stay at a Hilton.

Great room. Very comfortable. Location was good. Very nice large room.

I was a little disappointed with their check in process. Since I booked with orbitz and not directly with Hilton, they would not accept my HH Honnors member#. In addition to that, when other guests checked in, they were given a small welcome gift bag. Again, since I didn’t book directly with them, I wasn’t entitled to receive one. What difference does it make whether I paid them directly or I used Orbitz to pay them? I was still a paying customer. All guests should be treated the same. Hilton front desk staffs “Stop being so petty”.

A wonderful, quiet night at a clean hotel. I was very happy with my one night here.

Good quick check in. But they were still deep cleaning & polishing the tile entry way floor in one of our rooms @ 530 pm.

I am terribly disappointed by this property. As a HH member it did not meet expectations. Check in was ridiculous! 1) Arrived two hours early for check in. Informed reserved executive level room was not ready and advised to return closer to normal check in time. 2) Returned 15 minutes before check in time. Room was not ready. Was advised to wait in lounge(15 steps from the front desk) and I would receive a call when the room was ready. 3) Lounge AC not on, 100 degrees outside. 4) Lounge was unstocked, no fresh snacks and sparse drinks available-only COKE. 5) Lounge was filthy! Leftover breakfast dishes and trash on tray in corner near staff area. Random trash on floor. Empty soda cans on counter tops. 6) After 45 minutes of waiting in the hot lounge I went to the front desk to inquire about my room. A new attendant was at the desk, he gave me a funny look and said my room has been ready for nearly an hour. 7) Lounge -The appetizers on a Saturday afternoon consisted of chicken wings, carrots, celery, & ranch dressing.

Our room smelled like smoke, there was a water leak coming from the bathroom soaking the carpet next to the bed. We expected much higher cleanliness of a Hilton

I stay in this hotel 1-2 times per year and it always meets my satisfaction. This last stay however was lower on satisfaction level. There were no Monday newspapers delivered to the hotel and the gym was closed due to renovation during the memorial weekend. I did experience very good service from the bartender at the Bar and Grill and the appetizers were delicious.

Very comfortable, great staff, very clean, and I was impressed with how good our breakfast was. The hotel is a little dated and I had problems with the toilet not flushing multiple times other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great. We had an electrical problem that was immediately dealt with. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Especially Jeanie at the bar. The bed was too soft for my back but that's not your problem

My room faced the sun and stayed quite warm. They wouldn't move my room or fix the a/c. The other half of my party found a cockroach in their room as well.

The hotel itself is nice and the staff accommodating. If you want to eat outside the hotel you'll have to do some research because it's mostly fast food in the neighborhood. I stayed two nights and both nights other guests in the hotel were loud and obnoxious past bedtime. I'm talking yelling, running up and down the halls, slamming doors -- obviously drunk and partying. Had to call the front desk to send security both nights. Room safe was broken, no maid service at all during my stay. I don't expect clean sheets and towels, but I do expect an emptying of the trash and refreshing the in room coffee supplies and taking away dirty glasses.

I called to see if I could get an early check in, I was told yes for an additional cost of $100.00. Okay no early check in. So we arrived at 3pm, I was the second one in line and stood there for about 20 minutes, by this time there was about 10 people behind me, I thought okay someone is having a bad day, got checked in and found out my first request not to be next to the stairs or elevator was not honored, I am next to the stairs, upper level room okay, get to the room and go to get ice, the ice machine is not working, go to the front desk and they tell me there's another one in building B, building B is behind the main building which is on the other side of the pool, I was disappointed and returned to the room only to find out that Housekeeping had walked in on my wife. I later went to the store and got ice. I found out the next morning when I went for breakfast that the main door to the building I was staying in, stayed open all night, I reported this to Mary at the front desk, (by the way several times I tried to call and no one answered the phone ). Second evening the door still not secure, I reported to the front desk about 5:45pm. I was told that they would get right on it, 9pm went for coffee, door still not secure. I will hold the rest of my comments for later.

Booked 1 hour in advance of arrival hotel had us checked in the minute we got there. Staff was polite. Room was clean and comfortable. The view and neighborhood exceeded expectations.

Had a two night stay, a pleasant experience no complaints. Just booked another stay in December.

David, Thank you for your review of our hotel. We are sorry that the shower did not work. The only solution was to provide a second room to you for a shower. We appreciate your patience on this and hope you will reconsider staying with us in the future.
