Housekeeping started banging on my door at 8am like they were the police. I opened the door saw it was housekeeping, they were speaking Spanish no english and i couldn't understand so I just closed the door. 2 days later the manager comes knocking on my door telling me how her housekeeping is scared of me because i supposedly yelled at them, even though that is a complete lie. I never yelled at anybody and i have it all on video to prove it. This place is a joke. Ive spent over a thousand dollars here and they treat me like im some criminal for no reason. Telling lies about me saying i scared their housekeeping to try and make me look like a violent scary person or something. Their housekeeping woke me up at 8am banging on my door. What a joke

We checked in online and our room was ready for us right when we arrived. Check in was super easy, the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property in Galt. Everything was what I needed. Clean, new minimalistic bathroom. Great experience with the staff too. Somehow I think if there is a small chair for that little work area would be even better but no complaints.

This is a horrible property. New and unmaintained already. I arrive in the afternoon check in go to my room and hop in the shower. Only a standing shower is available in the room. After getting out of the shower the whole bathroom is flooded with water. The slope or grade of the tile is incorrect not letting the water into the drain. I went to the front office and let them know of the situation. Front desk said that they knew about it. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable staying. They understood and stated that my full deposit would be refunded as well as half of the room rate. Nothing has been refunded. I’ve called multiple times to get ahold of the manager. Somehow the manager is never available.
