We've stayed here before and had way better luck. This trip our showers were all ice cold and when I told the front desk her response was "did you turn the handle? Its probably the handle." As if 4 separate people couldn't figure out how to operate the most basic shower handle. It was insulting! Not only that, we were awoken at 6:15am by leaf blowers. Lastly, the walls were so thin in our room we could hear every single word in the conversations and TV shows from the room mext door. Overall, a poor experience and we wont be back again.

I would like to suggest to comfort Inn: please let your Guest know if they will be receiving Maid Service for the duration of their stay or can they expect clean towels everyday or not. We were expecting at least clean towels & Maid Service & we did not receive such service at all. We had to go look for the Maid late that evening because not room service all day or at least clean towels 😝

This was crazy. The first night somebody was sleeping in the hallway on the way to our room. Going back upstairs from getting our bags, pizza all over the elevator floor. Waking up the last morning a bug was climbing on the wall ! I had it it was disgusting. Trying to get my nerves together 5 minutes before check out housekeeping bangs on the door saying checkout in 5 mins. Well 11:03am comes in bang bang bang on the door again saying it’s time to checkout. I was over it . Horrible stay never again !
