The refrigerator in the room was so terribly noisy it was impossible to sleep with it on. The time on night side table clock hadn't been adjusted for Daylight Savings Time. There doesn't seem to be any good way to prop the door open. When you first get there, finding the light switches in the inner rooms is rather difficult. At breakfast, the hot water dispenser didn't dispense any hot water. There are two big bowls that were labeled as being supposed to contain fresh fruit. There was no fruit whatsoever, this around 8:30 AM. One of the two elevators was always out of service, even during the crowded checkout period.

I've stayed at this particular hotel a few times over the last five or so years. The staff is great. I haven't used the gym or pool. Breakfast is good but it ends at 9:30--I wish it was 10. The rooms are clean enough but haven't been updated in awhile. It's located close enough to town to drive there quickly and has easy highway access.

The couch was falling apart and walls flaking in a couple spots. $15 sustainable fee seemed excessive, especially since we stayed for 6 nights and didn’t have them wash sheets or towels (which, by the way, was probably the biggest sustainability saving for them).
