Dine indoors or enjoy mealtime in the small, but efficient dining area on the balcony. The spacious living room is perfect for movie nights with your guests; the gas fireplace will keep everyone nice and warm while the TV will provide all the entertainment. The convenience of an on-site washer/dryer will make packing an easy task - there's no need to pack unnecessary clothing when you have this great perk at home. Enjoy amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, dry sauna, BBQ area with tables, fitness center, and a conference room, perfect for meetings, family reunions, and ski groups!

The Phoenix at Steamboat is within walking distance to the Steamboat Gondola, Steamboat Snow School, Kids Vacation Center, and several area shops and restaurants. Summertime guests can enjoy the Steamboat Area promenade and experience art exhibits, free concerts, and various other summer activities throughout Steamboat Springs. Half a mile away is every outdoor's paradise: Steamboat Ski Resort. Offering year-round activities, there's no shortage of things to do here no matter if you're visiting during summer or winter. Summer visitors can try kayaking, rafting, and fishing; kids might as well enjoy a mini amusement park on-site! Powder lovers no matter their level of expertise will be able to enjoy more than 150 trails and some of the best powder on the continent.

This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
