Not a bad property in general with a good amount of space for our family of four. Some downsides…this is not ski out in any shape or form. It’s not even an easy walk to the slopes…be prepared for a short hike across uneven rocks and a small creek then up a steep slope. The hot tubs have a nice view but they are tiny and they don’t open till 10:00am which basically ruins any chance for a wake up hot tub before skiing…not cool

Nice condo, efficient shuttle service

Comfortable condo, well appointed. Good location. 2 small niggles. The definition of ski in and ski out is somewhat elastic but on a strict definition the condo is ski in but not really ski out. From the 200 block door to be able to skiable terrain there is a roughly 800 ft walk. Also you need to space out taking two baths in fairly shallow bathtubs to get enough hot water. Those are very minor annoyances in the scheme of the nice condo but they may matter to some.

Updates needed

While there the cable box had be replaced, stove’s oven had smoke coming out of it n we couldn’t use oven cause repair men said have be pulled out cause thought wire might be burned. Next day left dude of stoves burners didn’t work. Then hair dryer in one bath n plug didn’t work. Night before left electric plugs on one side of wall guit working! Just needed overhaul. Basically in good location!

Finally figured out how to ski in

There is only one green route you can take that allows you to ski in to this location. I finally found the green Short Cut path on the last day and it was way easier to get in and out. Skiing out, on the other hand, is super easy. Hot tub booking was wonderful and felt safe with COVID. The place was well kept and clean. Beds were comfy. Probably the most useful part of our stay were the Vacasa shuttles which were fast and amazing. The only thing I can think of that wasn't positive was the temperature of the unit. It was blazing hot. The heat didn't appear to be coming from any of the vents in the unit though and we turned the thermostats down as low as they would go. I had to keep my bedroom window open the whole trip and we regular left the screendoor ajar to keep it a normal temp. It was around 28 degrees F outside. It seemed like a huge waste of electrity. Thanks for a great trip! See you again!

Great time in Steamboat

Great place to stay... short walk to slopes, and then ski back. The building itself is basic but the condo was very nice. Kitchen was well supplied and pretty new, bathrooms and water pressure were good. I would definitely consider staying here again for another Steamboat trip!

You have to walk quite a ways to ski to the Gondola/lifts. I would not call it a ski out, but I would call it a ski in.

Great Location & Property staff

A very clean and comfortable condo. This was close to the Gondola square and we used the free shuttle to go back and forth. The staff helped out with the check-in process. We arrived quite late after closing hours, but Max stayed back to check us in and tell us about the property. I would stay at this resort again.
