You'll love the welcoming atmosphere throughout the home provided by the abundance of natural light and the attractive decor and wall art. The full kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space, perfect for your next culinary adventure. Serve your guests at the pretty dining table then head out to the private balcony to toast glasses of wine while taking in the fantastic views. The main bedroom has a flatscreen TV, an en-suite bath, and a king-size bed. You'll find a queen in the second bedroom, as well as an en-suite bathroom, and the third and fourth bedrooms enjoy a flatscreen TV and two twins.

Nice updates but…

Some items in the unit were cheap/poor quality. The trash can was broken & the dining chairs were plastic. The entry rug was in bad condition & duct taped to the floor. It was okay, we didn’t spend our time in the unit, Colorado is beautiful!

Updated condo on the mountain

Couldn’t have been happier with the condo! Great location -5 minute walk from gondola. Updated kitchen had everything we needed. Everything worked, including ice-maker. Beds were comfy. Garage parking was tight but we never had a problem getting a spot. Steamboat is beautiful! We visited over x-mas and were able to enjoy amazing skiing and snowshoeing. We felt everyone in steamboat did anything they could to make things as safe as possible during the pandemic. There was no better stress relief than hitting the slopes! Kids are asking when we can go back!

Huge disapointment

Although the location is nice I find it hard to understand how an owner can command the prices with apparently never have spent a dime in updates. The property, I was told, was built in the 1970's and very little, if anything, has been changed or updated. This unit is on the 1st floor, which is not bad for moving ski equip. to & from the lifts, but that is the only plus. There is no view of anything, the living room & 2 of the 4 bedrooms are almost on the street & are over the entry to the parking garage. The other 2 are on the walkway to the lifts and a bit noisy in the morning with ski boot traffic to the lifts for 1st chair. I feel we pd. a premium price & got something much less. In addition, if you have never been to Steamboat, the ski village all but closes down at 6PM with only 2 or 3 eateries open, (good luck getting in) and the town is not much better. Many of the stores & eateries close very early. We had to drive to Subway 2 nights to get something to eat. I have skied most of CO's mtn's and many others in the US some internationally. We won't be going back to Steamboat anytime soon.
