The location is excellent. It was near every place we wanted to go. The place is old and desparately needs updating.

The room was nasty. It had roaches and bed mites. When the lights went off the roaches were all over. It was horrible. The sheets were dirty and smelled like some one. The pillows we're flat and smelled of some ones bad breath. It was horrible and disgusting. I did not sleep the 2 days I was there. I actually went to Walmart and bought sheets and a pillow. They didn't come disinfect the rooms or provided cleaning service. I have quarantined myself since my return as I am afraid I caught something.

Elevator not working, stairs and wall paints are awful, very dirty environment, ice machine not working, not bottle of water in rooms. corridor carpet in bad condition.

For the cost of $65.00 per night including parking, it was great. But you actually get a $65.00 a night room. The room was large and fairly clean. The toilet barely worked. The faucet on the tub was pulling out of the wall and the ceiling in the shower was falling down. The elevator was tiny and needed a cleaning. The wifi password was incorrect and the it seemed the only thing they were concerned with was having a parking sticker in your car. All in all for the price I was satisfied.

They had clean sheets and towels. Overall it was ok the place needs to be updated.

The hotel is in a great location. That is the only reason that I booked. I had low expectations when I reserved the room and it is actually much worse than I expected. The dresser is very old and one drawer is broken. Half of the TV stations are fuzzy. The remote partially works and there isn't a back. The batteries fall out as you hold the remote. No room cleaning or trash removal due to covid-19. The toilet runs constantly. We had to shut it off just to sleep. The walls are pink, but there is a large hole that has been fixed. It was not painted so it is white. The sink and tub is plugged and drains very slowly. The room overall is in very bad shape. The maintenance guys were great, friendly and helpful. If you decide to stay here just make sure that you have very low expectations.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right across the street from the beach. Check in was easy, and even though we were an hour early and there were 3 groups ahead of us, it was super quick and the staff was friendly. It is nice that they have two pools, but it would be nicer if they enforced the "quiet pool" and the "kid pool." While we were there, there were kids in both pools screaming and splashing. It was unfortunate. Our room was clean and well stocked. The only bad thing was that our fridge wasn't cold when we got there. It cooled down after a while, so I think it may have just been left open by cleaning staff. They are not currently doing any cleaning services due to COVID, but they offered extra towels if necessary at check in. The elevator was TINY. I imagine if you were in a large group, you would have to go up in batches. We took the stairs most of the time. Parking was a little difficult, but we did find some eventually. If you can park and just walk the whole time, it would be perfect. Check out was easy. Just needed to drop our keys in the front office.

Best thing: location, location, location - across from beach and near a lot of restaurants. Less Desired- Pest control could be better. Worn out beds. The building needs TLC. The idea being there four days and three nights with no room service.

It’s your basic budget hotel. Gulfview rooms do have a great view. The front desk was very friendly.

The place was very run dow with bathroom door that would not close. Furniture appeared to be very old There were hole in the wall that seemed to have cracked. Did not feel clean or comfortable while there Left early. Did not get reimbursed from hotel due to booking thru orbitz. Tried call multiple times to orbit and. Outdoor not getting thru. Sent an e mail also All of this took place when Coronavirus came out, so was wanting to get home. I even booked another room for a friend that was coming but due to health issues doctor told him not to fly or take any chances if exposure. Woukd not reimburse. I had a room booked after leaving there with VRBO. I called them to cancel and had no problem being reimbursed Will never use Orbitz for future travel again

The property was in terrible condition. Room had holes in the walls. Peeling wallpaper everywhere. Kitchenette didn't have any pots pans or silverwear. Stove and microwave not working. Bathroom ties all missing. Window didn't lock for security. Staff would walk away when asked about problems. Worst place ever stayed.

The location was ideal, walking distance to most of Clearwater Beach’s attractions. The facility is neglected, shabby. Several things in the room were broken: vanity lights, hair dryer, towel rod, sink faucet, bathroom door didn’t close. Housekeeping did a great job with daily service!

Super great location! Everything is close by! Bay view balcony was awesome! Staff did a good job daily cleaning and making beds!

Dirty mold everywhere even in the silverware drawer with water there was nothing Pleasant about the stay at that hotel at all

The location was great. The hotel needed updating.

Stayed there for 7 days , checked in , NO wifi , no tv, rooms were dirty. after 4 days with no tv finally moved to another room ... still no wifi. Best thing about this place is close to ocean. Do not recommend this place for stay. When checked in motel tells me I have a $10.00 a night parking fee. This should be included in the price of the package deal I bought not a unexpected fee .

Location is great. Rooms are super outdated. Updating things and making them smell better would make for a more pleasing experience. The first room we had was gross so we asked to change. There also was no tub and we had a baby. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The location is unbeatable and the best feature for this property. The word is that this property will be demolished soon and it shows. Very, very, very old linens, beds, decor and not enough supplies. We had (4) people and we received 3 towels, 3-plates, 1-fork, 3-knives, and only 1 tiny wastebasket. After going to desk for more towels once, the maid STILL only left the bare minimum for supplies. (we stayed in a kitchenette unit) The stovetop was rusted and not working. The shower curtain in the bath was torn and broken. The tub had enamel missing from it and the bathroom door stuck. The walls were paper thin and you could hear normal conversations from the adjacent rooms.
