The price was right for a beach front hotel! Rooms need a little TLC.

We love this hotel in Clearwater. It’s close to the beach and shopping. The room is spacious. However it could use some updating in the bathroom and the kitchenette does not have cooking utensils or cookware. The hotel is reasonably priced and the check-in was quick. We will definitely stay here again!

No phone in room. Pulled out by previous guest. Room smelled like mold or old cigarette. Shower Gage was difficult to pull. Trickled warm water.

We only stayed one night. Great location! The hotel was good for the price and the location. It had a small kitchenette and even had dishes. Pillows were hard/firm. And walls were very thin! I could need get connected to the wifi.

Stayed here for four nights with my family. We loved how close we were to the beach. The staff was very friendly, they even upgraded us to a suite without being asked. We were able to walk to McDonald's, Speedway, iHop, and Pier 60, plus the beach is less than a minute walk from the hotel. It's not the flashiest hotel and the Wi-Fi was slow, but overall it was a great experience and this would be my first choice if I found myself in Clearwater again.

We booked this hotel a month before our arrival, and apparently some amenities were removed between booking and arrival. There was no free continental breakfast nor free parking. The front desk staff waived our parking fee, however, because wifi wasn't even working in our building (building 2). I heard from other hotel guests that there was only one working ice-machine in the entire building. Our room was old and carpet dirty, our bathroom door didn't even close (the door was misaligned with the door jam), and the bath tub faucet was loose from the wall. The only nice thing about the room is the kitchenette, which includes a mini-fridge, microwave, silverware and dishes. We stayed in this hotel only for the location, but unfortunately it cost a lot more than a 4-star hotel in Orlando.

Hotel needs updates, nice staff, but would look for something else if there are other hotel rooms avaiable.

This hotel is what it says it is, clean rooms nice view and location. It's more of a motel hotel feel mixed but staff was great and it felt safe, very quiet and still close to everything. Best price if you are on a budget. Might be a little outdated looking but a clean room is a clean room!

We had a great time. The hotel was nice and the weather was perfect. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is in almost the same condition, as I stayed here the last time. Almost 7 years ago. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom should get renovated. We had a ocean front room. The free breakfast ist just coffee, juice and some sweet treats but it was ok. The only thing that changed is the parking fee. Last time it was free, now it costs 15 $ per night. I think it is ok for a beach hotel, but Orbitz should indicate that better.

We spent most our time outside because the room doesn't smell good!!!

The seaside location was fantastic. Mc Donalds is 1 block away. Sidewalk art is fantastic. They printed our return airlines tickets.

Its in a perfect location. Other than that its a rundown hole in the wall. Manager or lady at front desk was completely unfriendly. The place is falling apart, we had to baracade our door at night to make us feel semi safe. Would never stay here again, there are numerous alternatives in the same area.

good value for the location. Hotel is older but it serves its purpose.

If you can handle camping, you can handle the level of cleanliness. The room comes with a decent TV, great water pressure, and the air conditioning kept up even in that horrendous heat. On the flip side, some heavy duty bleaching would help. I found hairs on the toilet and counter top. The room was a little smaller than I expected too. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Pros: very friendly staff, great location, good view Cons: in dire need of renovation, continental breakfast needs upgraded, needs another pop/snack machine For the price I can't complain much, we went in the middle of spring break and got a really decent deal. Shower was very hard to work, bathroom countertop was pieced together, there was a hole in the wall I seen while looking for a plug in, I thought there was a gym but there wasn't. We did a lot of walking around and spent a lot of time on the beach so it didn't effect is much...

The Hotel, while not on the beach is right across the street from it and is close to many restaurants. The rooms were reasonably clean. Light didn't work over sink, showers were difficult to turn on and water temperature nearly impossible to regulate. Sliding doors were difficult to open and shut. We had some problems with the keys not working, but other than the inconvenience of going back down to the office that was not a big deal. We would be very unlikely to stay there again.

We had a nice view of the Gulf Beach and the Staff was very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Heated pool was nice at night, it was actually heated. The hotel needs to be updated, beds are uncomfortable and small. The staff was efficient and helpful. Great location and good value.

Enjoyed the views and the sunsets.

My response- Dear Barb, Thank you for taking time out of your day and providing feedback on your stay. I want to personally apologize for the issues you encountered. We have recently made some changes at our property and I’m sorry they were not communicated to you properly. I’m glad my staff was able to rectify some of the issues upon check-in. Now with the issues with your room, we are in the process of replacing the carpet and updating our rooms. I’m pleased to hear that besides those issues you were happy with our location and room amenities. I would love it if you reached out to me directly in the future, so we can accommodate you properly on your next visit to Clearwater Beach. Kind Regards Brett M- Operations Manager
