Friendliest staff ever! And so convenient to the beach!
The hotel staff are very helpful/nice. The location is great, just a few minutes from the beach. Our room is very clean and modern looking. The pool was cleaned daily and super well maintained. No complaints about anything, we will definitely be returning.
Chris and Magdalena were incredible. They made our stay an unforgettable one.

The property was beautiful. The person who checked us in was not very informative. He just gave us the key. I saw several people after us getting checked in by another girl and another by a real friendly guy who explained the tv and air and about the property. Our guy just gave us the key and said nothing.
Overall nice experience. Easy check in, nice staff, clean rooms, quaint, very close to beach, shower has great pressure. Room was quite small, bed wasn’t the comfiest. Overall was very happy though. Oh and they offered margaritas at check in. Nice touch!

room is updated and clean; however shower door kept sticking; since it is big and glass, I strained my back trying to slide it. Also, no shampoo in room.
Fabulous!! Very close to everything yet not close enough for it to be noisy. Perfect location! The gourmet coffee always available in the lobby was an excellent touch! 😊
aside from poor customer service upon arrival and during our stay. we were informed that we had to empty our own trash, was informed on day 5 that sheets would be changed next day. we were out of the room for the day. came back, no sheet change, no fresh sheets for us to do ourselves. patios and decks were full of sand and dirt which tracked into the room because they didn’t hose down the decks. no chair to sit on in room, no coffee maker in room when i asked for one was informed because of covid we couldn’t have one because you need a second sink to rinse out the pot. mildew on shower stall walls. found out it was sold.new owners were on sight two days before we checked out. could see improvements being made immediately. sadly not before we could enjoy the changes. dealt with the new owners during checkout. Much more professional and better customer service.
