Our room was extremely hot because the air conditioner wasn't working correctly. Also, one of the beds had no pillows and I had to go to desk and ask for pillows. No cups in the room or desk with writing material. Overall, it wasn't a good night of sleep. And the pool was green, we were afraid there was an alligator or fish in it.

We walked out and didn’t stay, if you look at my records you will see that we booked a room at the horseshoe that very same day. You should remove this property from your list.

It was real nasty the air conditioner was all toe up it was trash all over the floor then I wanted to another room it was nasty then the other room so I did not stay there I got my refund back and went to another hotel

So i went back to office and ask for another room.Room #2 was barely any better.So i called the main number to ask for my refund back and they told me i had to get itfrom Orbitz. So i called Orbitz and they told me to call OYO Motel back,because they would half to refund me. So i had to keep going back and forth between the two about my refund. So no i will not be using Orbitz again. And most definitely will never stay there at all. So ilostout on this one, because i had to pay for another room somewhere else

The first room I got was not cleaned by the maid. There was no soap. There was no towel. There was a hole in the wall. There was a cigarette in the toilet.

I reserved a king size bed. Was given 2 full size beds instead. They had no blankets. Only a sheet. When i asked could I get extra sheets because of them NOT having blankets, he said they don't have any sheets either. The room only had one set of towels and washcloths. It had NO toilet paper in the room. I had to walk back to the office yet again so I could get a roll. On thr way to the office I noticed the pool they had (open for use) and it was soooo nasty and green. I usually do not leave reviews like this because I know not all hotels are going to be top notch. But this was ridiculous! I would have left and gotten a refund and went somewhere else, but they have a strict No Refund Policy. And it was already almost midnight before we made it here and was just tired and wanted to sleep. The only good thing I do have to say is that the guy at the front for check in was very nice.

Nothing it was dirty had toilet dispensers hanging out of wall reception didn't have no intrested in fixing it

Yes the reason for my answer is cause they didn’t have no bath soap I had to go somewhere else to buy some and plus the tv didn’t work at all room wasn’t like it should have (dusty)

Socks from a previous guess on the floor, a used soap in the shower, old sheets, disrry floor, smells ....... the pool water was green !!! Its a really bad place but thats what you get when you try to “save” a few dollars.

They could have said they was in transition from one owner to next. over all room was ok I just sleep there but if I was staying any length of time I wouldn't or if I had someone with me I would have not stayed.

Checked into a nonsmoking room. But it had ashtrays in it and smelled like it had been smoked in for 30 years. The bed spread had a cigarette burn on it, there was a cigarette but in one night stand, and a box of cigarettes behind the other. There was a tooth on the floor in the bathroom corner with blood on it. Sink drain was stopped up with hair and cigarettes. Hotel is just nasty.

I enjoy staying here, the staff is very nice and helpful, the room's are clean and the bed's are so comfortable you won't want to get out of it. Plus the Casinos are within walking distance, and gas station convenience stores for you to shop in. Overall it's been a pleasant stay.
