Relax out back in your private pool with attached hot tub Entire pool deck has recently been remodeled along with automating entire pool system. Heat the spa with the touch of a button! Or watch your favorite game on the huge outdoor flat screen. This spacious home boasts 1,300 square-feet of stylish interior upgrades and amenities which include granite counter tops, comfy beds, laminate floors, and chic furnishings. Located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood that is minutes to everything you need and want to see in beautiful Sarasota!

Please note the following prior to making your reservation:
- Pool Heat Fee: Additional $25 per day from November thru March. Pool temperature is set to 86 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may drop significantly. Temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
-Rental Age Policy: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and occupy property for duration of reservation.
-Stays in excess of three weeks may incur an additional cleaning fee.

Before taking occupancy we had a little difficulty contacting the manager. It all worked out . The property itself was spacious, clean and had a nice pool . It was located in a nondescript neighborhood , but was close enough to Beaches , restaurants and everything else . The home had everything we needed as well as extras. Plentiful towels in all bathrooms as well as towels at the nice pool . A barbecue grill was operational . We used both the grill and the pool . So, all in all , We liked it.

My husband and I stayed here with our kids for Spring Break. The kids loved swimming in the heated pool. I liked that everything thing clean and set up like a hotel. We also liked that there were name tags on everything in the kitchen. So you could find things easily. We would definitely rent from this property again.

Gulf Gate Estates

We loved the property. Only issue was the hot tub. There were no instructions. We wanted to get in it every night. We couldn’t get it hot enough. The property manager would turn it up remotely, but it was never hot in the evening. Finally, on Tuesday the pool man came and got ahold of the owner for instructions. It was great Tuesday night. Unfortunately we had to leave Wednesday, so we only enjoyed it one night. Next year, we’d like to contact the owner directly to find out how to use it properly.
