Beautiful hotel.Very nice restaurant. Friendly, efficient staff. Spa is gorgeous and very special
I had the car valeted, picked up the car the next day and it was covered with bird droppings. Had to insist that they try to remove the droppings and later I had to have the car washed. Do not allow the valet to park the car on the roof. The evening pizza and soup were terrible. I had to later correct the bill when they charged for parking even though it was a part of the package. The beach club was outstanding.
I guess it's given that a 5 star hotel usually has good rooms, best of the amenities ect but what makes this a great one is the staff -they were consistently good and nice!! Good job
This was a great place to enjoy the city and the beach. They have a separate location to enjoy the beach. They have a shuttle between the locations. If you want to be dropped at shopping and dining areas in town the shuttle can accommodate that as well.
This is s nice Ritz. Not amazing but really nice, beautiful beach club. Great service
The person that checked us in was not very friendly. We decided to splurge a little and stay at the Ritz, probably a little out of place... The young man checking us in was very snobby and knew we were not the normal type of Ritz guest. he was arrogant and rude. Everyone else at the hotel was AWESOME! I would not stay here again though because of the way he made me feel at the beginning of our trip. The Bed was so uncomfortable we were unable to get a good nights rest. The bed felt like sleeping on a box spring... I am a Hilton Diamond member and have never slept in a hotel bed more uncomfortable that this one.
You pay for the service and extra care. From getting presents for the baby to having a great private beach access, you get what you pay for. The only thing was that they put us on the first floor with no view because we got an online deal. You We will also probably bring our pack-and-play because the hotel baby crib looked like something out of the 1950s. Other than that, it was what you expect when staying at a Ritz.
excellent service and facilities at the Ritz. Would definitely come back for both business and pleasure.
I was upgraded and the room was wonderful The staff friendly always remembering my name!
I stayed here for one night---typical Ritz Carlton--very classy place in good location...
The location is in main and main. Food is excellent but a little pricey compair to the same grading Resturant .

Great hotel, amenities, and specially the people working there. Everyone was very kind, helpful and always smiled. We had a great time!
First Class Hotel--they treat you with so much respect and care. Obviously they have an outstanding training when it comes to customer relations.
Great! Nice experience. Close to night life! Good location!
Everyone at this hotel was very friendly-the staff makes your stay a wonderful experience. Beautiful hotel, great food and drinks. We enjoyed the beach club and the convenience of the shuttle bus to the beach and St. Armands Circle. Fantastic experience-we will return!
Great stay! But the noise level in rooms, hallways, etc was super loud. You could here everyone's doors slamming and toilets flushing. Not what you would expect from the Ritz. We've stayed at many and never experienced this before. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great time out at the beach club! Jack Dusty restaurant was AWESOME!!!!
Perfect. Warm, insightful, professional staff. Nicely appointed room, as you would expect from this quality brand. When the front desk learned that our visit was an anniversary celebration, a bottle of champagne discreetly appeared in our room. Very nice bar (try the "bacon old fashioned"), dinner and breakfast experiences. Highly recommended, particularly with the discount.
